We used Reyes Cleaning for a deep clean of our home. Lourdes and Kiena came out and were amazing! They worked quickly and very efficiently. They were as sweet as can be yet still very professional. Our house is so clean and smells so good! We will definitely use Reyes Cleaning again!!

I got deep cleaning done for my apartment. Maria And Jennifer are awesome. They did a great and thorough job with great details. The team was very professional and came completely prepared. I strongly recommend this team for anyone looking for cleaning services!

I recently had my house cleaned by Reyes Cleaning and they did a fabulous job! Sandra and Nohemy who came to my house and did the cleaning were very polite and listed to all my concerns. They were fast but very neat and very detailed. Thank you both for doing such a great job in cleaning my house! I will definitely recommend Reyes Cleaning to others and I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I just wanted to let people know how Sandra and Jennifer did such an amazing job with our house cleaning. We have used several different cleaning companies in the past. Not one of them can compare to the the quality that these girls did. My wife is still amazed on how our base boards and blinds look. Reyes Cleaning has earned a new client for years to come. Maria G + Monica L were amazing! A previous cleaning company did a very bad job in cleaning my property before moving in and Reyes Cleaning sent Maria + Monica to do a proper cleaning. They were detailed and thorough in the cleaning and my home felt so much better after! Can’t wait for them to come back :)

I found Reyes Cleaning online and decided to call them because the reviews were really good. I am so glad that I did! Monica and Sandra were my two-person team to do a deep clean on my home following a full remodel. Dust everywhere. And I didn't have the house cleaned before the remodel started in July so bathrooms and closets needed major cleaning as well.

These two ladies handled three bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, living, dining, and two bathrooms expertly and in less than three hours! I had just had vinyl plank put down in the open area and have hardwood in the bedrooms and hall. I was concerned over what they might use, but they were so knowledgable about using Bona on the wood and water with a drop if soap on the vinyl.

I also have lots of windows and solid glass doors. Amazing view when they were finished! And the blinds looked great. Monica and Sandra are so sweet and obviously take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the communication and quality of work from this business. They have a great staff who are always available to answer questions and stay in-touch with you until job is completed. Marta A and Analberta C were very pleasant and friendly. They speak Spanish & enough English which is great since I need the practice! They were on-time and did an amazing job cleaning my apartment upon move out. I will definitely be calling again for them to come service my new home!

I recently moved out of a rent house and wanted to maximize the return of my deposit. I hired Reyes Cleaning and I am so glad I did. This was no easy job. It was a 2100 square ft home with a ton of work in terms of cleaning . Sandra J. and Jennifer took care of everything. It did take a little extra time, but like I said, it was a pretty large house and the extra money was worth it. These ladies did such a phenomenal job that I'm expecting to get more back on my deposit than I actually paid down in the first place. LOL. Seriously, if you need cleaning done, I highly recommend these folks. They scheduled, showed up as scheduled and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them again.

Kenia and Maria did an excellent job cleaning my house yesterday. Their job was very thorough and spotless. They went above and beyond A couple of times.

This cleaning service was exceptional! It was easy to schedule, and they gave me a realistic quote from the get-go! Gabriela L and Kenia A did an amazing job. They definitely had their work cut out for them with our house, but they prevailed and made our house sparkle. I’m very thankful for the work they did! They were quick and thorough. Setting up my appointment was very easy. Lola spent time chatting with me to figure out my needs and I decided to get the deep cleaning done. Since my neck surgery its been difficult to clean as frequently as I used to. My housekeepers Linda and Monica were very nice and respectful of my house. They began working immediately and didn't stop the entire 6 hours they were in my house. I have one room that I didn't expect to have cleaned because it was kinda out of order with boxes and random furniture, basically a mess since my daughter moved out of there. I told Linda and Monica to just do the dusting but I wasn't expecting much to be done in that particular room....But oh my goodness they organized things and rearranged the furniture so nicely. I was like MIND BLOWN. I am so impressed by the effort that they put into cleaning. I really liked that Lola gave a pretty accurate estimate of 5 hours to clean 4000+ sqft because I think if the ladies didn't do all the extra work with the furniture, they definitely would have finished in 5 hours. Also I like that Reyes cleaning is very upfront with their extra time policy.
I recommend Reyes cleaning and will be using their service again

I had used Reyes Cleaning in the past and they were great. Cleaned my house bi-weekly and never had an issue.

I hired them again to do a deep clean and start the bi weekly cleaning again after remodeling our house. They said they would be here between 12pm and 3pm. They didn’t show up until after 4 and left at 5:45. A 3 person team showed up which looked to be a mom and her two kids. Only the mom was wearing Reyes uniform. After they were done they asked me to go over their work so I did and they missed a lot. Spider webs in windows and in the corner of the rooms. Did not clean base boards. Didn’t wipe down coffee table. Didn’t sweep under couch or cabinets. Floors were not clean. I told them about the coffee table and spider webs down stairs first. I went upstairs to look at the work they had done up there and by the time I made it back down stairs they had hopped in their car and were leaving. I tried to wave them down but they drove off anyway. Leaving a bag of trash in my living room as well. I will attach pictures.

Looks like they changed names to Reyes Maids. Not the same quality of service as before at all.

I called the office to complain and ask for a refund as I spent $300 for a deep clean on a 1000 sqft house. I talked to Yosie and all she told me they could do is come back and fix it. I spent an hour fixing all of what they didn’t do after they left as I had family coming over to stay with me.

Please do not use them.

LOCAL OFFICE was LATE, MANAGER (Janet) UNBELIEVABLY RUDE
When I called to speak to the manager and let her know that I would not be in need of her services any longer because her employee was late, I was met with an attitude. I was told "There isn't a contract; did you sign something? Did I?" - not exactly the tone to set with a potentially new customer - and mind you, HER EMPLOYEE WAS LATE but SHE HAD MY CC #. I told her that a) the intake specialist had not sent me an email expressing the time, date and amount that I needed to pay to which I was met with "That's the home office, not my office". B) that the initial time window I was told would be between 11 and 3 and that I would receive a courtesy call that day (Thursday) from the local manager to confirm my appointment for tomorrow - FRIDAY, 9:50am, STILL NO CALL or CONFIRMATION EMAIL. I called the office and was told by the representative that "My manager says that we will have someone out between 1 - 3pm (but the manager did not speak with me herself - good business etiquette). C) 3:15pm on Friday - I have not received a courtesy call from the manager or one from the cleaning person, When I attempted to call the office (I went to voicemail 7 times) I had the privilege of being told by the MANAGER that we didn't have a contract, regardless of the fact that I had not recieved a confirmation e-mail that "The price is already locked in" (curious statement because I contacted this company to PAY someone to clean my home.... not to receive services for FREE or at a discount) and that she was "Trying to do you a favor by squeezing you in today" (I didn't ask for a favor to be made, If she didn't have the time, don't book me for that date - offer me another or ask when would be a better time for me as the customer). ALL OF THIS WITH AN ATTITUDE! Absolutely hands-down the MOST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
