This company was fantastic to work with. They were able to schedule a move out clean on relatively short notice. The communication regarding the cleaners arrival was excellent. Aide and Monica did a wonderful job cleaning the move out of 3 college students. No small task. They arrived as scheduled and finished in the quoted time. Love this company and highly recommend!

I booked Reyes Cleaning for a Deep Clean/Move-in clean and a carpet cleaning for a house that my husband and I just purchased. The previous owners had pets so it was very important to me that the home was cleaned professionally prior to us moving in, especially since I have a baby that will be crawling around. I live 45 minutes away currently but came in and out a couple of times while the ladies were cleaning. They seemed to be doing a good job at the time. I received a call fom Reyes Cleaning while there stating that the job would take longer than previously expected, roughly another hour. I agreed to pay the additional cost. After waiting around a little longer I decided to head back home. I got a call stating they were done and I could come inspect. Based on their great reviews and the fact that I was so far away I declined. I arrived to the house the next day to find that they did a HORRIBLE job. The kitchen and upstairs hallway baseboards were not cleaned at all, the countertops had debris and sticky residue all over them, the fridge had stains and the door leading to the garage was left open.

I notified them of how unhappy I was with the job done. I paid close to $600 and it looked like nothing was done. All items that were out like handsoap, toliet paper, cleaning supplies, even a glass cake plate were wrapped together in trash bags with trash along with slices of cheese (I guess it was something they snacked on while there) and thrown in a corner in the garage. A glass cake plate that I have from my recently deceased mother was also thrown into a bag with various items like Lysol, empty water bottles and balls of cat hair. The bags were found later by my husband which by this time had started to stink. The lady's response was that I should have done the inspection. She is absolutely right. Had I known they only accept responsibility for subpar work when they have someone there to point it out to them I would have never booked them at all. I have no idea why they even needed an additional hour. The woman I gave the complaint to told me "next time they would make sure I'm happy". She then told me to have a nice day and to let them know if I need them in the future

I understand the policy of correcting issues while they are still on site but the fact that these ladies left my house without doing even a basic level of cleaning let along a deep cleaning is unacceptable. On top of that the total disregard and dismissive response I received when voicing my complaint was horrible customer service at its finest. We trusted this company to correctly complete the job that they were hired for. After purchasing a home in this market, the last thing I wanted to do was waste 600 bucks on a less than mediocre professional cleaner.

We were moving out and our house was a disaster. 2.5 hours from Sandra and Griselda and the house was spotless. They even went through and took out any old lining we had used for pantry cupboards. The house literally looked spotless. Floors, counters, Blinds, walls, fans, everything was clean! I will definitely be using Reyes Cleaning again! 5/5 stars!!

This was the most affordable move out cleaning I could find in my area. They definitely are worth the money & left my apartment spotless. I got my deposit back from my apartment also. Thank you so much Maria C & Salud V. I will be asking for them to come clean my new apartment once a month!

Maria and Teresa were fantastic! They were so kind! And did an amazing job on our move out clean. I have never hired someone to do a cleaning for me but they did a amazing job! Will def recommend the business to anyone who is needing a cleaning

Maria C and Vanessa C provide us services yesterday and when I came home to inspect, our home looked wonderful. They did a deep clean because we just finished moving in. My husband was not too excited when I told him I was having this service done but when he came home, met the two ladies, seen our home, he was very pleased. We agreed we need to have this done every two weeks. He is not a easy person to make happy They deserve a 10+

I cannot say enough about how fabulous Reyes cleaning is! As always with superior customer service, they follow up via text immediately after your service is completed to confirm how you would rate their work from 0 to 5. My last cleaning by Kenia and Marta on a scale of 0 to 5 was a 10! Always attention to detail and quality service! I will continue to call on them for my home cleaning needs!

Had a move-out cleaning scheduled and I can't tell you how impressed I was with the results. Sandra, Alondra, and Monica were all extremely professional and thorough. Communication with Jackie was quick and efficient and she made sure all our needs were met. I'll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Sandra J and Monica L were incredible! We had to open and clean our fitness studio in a matter of days and Reyes cleaning was responsive and accommodating of our cleaning needed in less than 24 hours. They did a thorough job! I would definitely use them again :)

Wow! My family and I were on survival mode and the house became messy and dirty. We had less than a month to pack and move. Maria and Lillian outdid themselves! Our house looked better than when we first moved in and smelled quite amazing! They are miracle workers! I highly recommend them and wish I had used them when we first moved in. I cleaned for a week straight! Call them! Great prices too!

We used Reyes for a move out cleaning, and they did a fabulous job!! Yesica, Kenia, and Griselda were prompt and friendly. They cleaned the entire house top to bottom and left it sparking clean. They also did fridge clean outs, which looked brand new when they were done. These ladies worked nonstop and exceeded my expectations. It was a great value for the quality of work. I’ll be calling them again to clean our new home once we get all moved in!

I was moving and needed serious cleaning. Maria and Jonathan arrived on time. We did a walk through, I explained where I needed the most work (kitchen) and they started right away. I checked a couple of hours later and my unit looked immaculate! Prior to them leaving, I did a walk through with the property manager and she was so pleased that she took down their information. I will use Reyes Cleaning Services again!

Very disappointed with Reyes cleaning. My wife and I decided we would use this cleaning service to get our apartment ready to move out of but that was a mistake. I was told that they would be there between 10:45 in the morning until 3 pm in the afternoon...the cleaners didn't show up until after 4pm. This would not have been an issue, my wife and I are more than willing to work with people and we are typically pretty understanding, except that we were supposed to also send us a link to track the progress of the cleaners so that we could get to the apartment to check over everything. We never got this link and by the time I was able to get to the apartment (which should have still given them 30 minutes of cleaning time). When I called reyes cleaning and asked to speak with a manager or the owner I was told multiple times that I could not, but the lady (jacqueline) told me that she could handle everything. When I finally got a call back (from the same lady) she basically told me, sorry, the cleaners did the best they could. Absolutely will not use their services again and I would recommend everyone steer clear. My wife and I would have happily done the cleaning our selves (and done a better job) had we known this is how we would be treated. I will mention, if you need your carpets cleaned, use proserve restoration, they are very professional and will go above and beyond. I would still love to speak to the manager or owner; this experience has been extremely disappointing!

Cleaning service(s) was wonderful and very easy! It began with the very simple intake over the phone. On the day of service, I was updated as to when they were on their way and when they would be arriving. Jessica and Carolina were very nice, super sweet ladies. They did a fantastic job on my move out clean!! I was very impressed with their work and their professionalism. Would highly recommend!

Hermelinda M and America M did an amazing job cleaning the new house my husband and I are renting! The house was a bit grimy, covered in a layer of dirt, and the bathrooms were not good. I couldn’t relax or touch any surface without feeling gross. The ladies came in and did an AMAZING job!!! They helped me feel comfortable in my new home. I can be particular, but they were perfectionists, professional, and so lovely. I would choose them (and Reyes Cleaning!) again in a heartbeat!

The company is set up very professionally and the communication is well thought out making getting started very easy. Although they are closed on the weekends, they still responded to my inquiry on a Sunday which I appreciated. Overall I thought the ladies did a great job with the deep clean. One minor downside - I was told I would get a 2 hour arrival window and it ended up being 3 which isn’t a huge deal but with pets and a newborn...it made planning a little more challenging. The kitchen and laundry areas were the last to be completed and they seemed slightly rushed since they went over the estimated time (specifically the floors). But all in all, I was happy with my service and would hire again.

Sandra J and Silvia J did an amazing job of cleaning our apartment. We needed it to be cleaned because we moved out and moved into a new home. I walked through the apartment and was happy with how clean it was. I chose the deep clean move out option to ensure everything was cleaned from the ceiling fans to baseboards, and all kitchen appliances were cleaned inside and out.

Brenda and Nohemy did such a good job deep cleaning my house after popcorn ceiling removal. They were so kind and stayed until the job was done! My house looks beautiful and I know they were exhausted after their long day. They deserve every bit of this five star review!!! Good job ladies. My husband and I REALLY appreciate it!

1st of a new bi-weekly engagement with Reyes. Sylvia and her teammate did a wonderful job cleaning my house. It looked and felt like a good solid professional cleaning job! Me and my family were very happy. I had a service before but the quality had deteriorated. I'm hoping I found the company that I can stick with.
