I'm a landlord in The Colony and needed the carpets cleaned to rent to new tenants. These guys responded quickly, showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and did an excellent job! Would recommend to anyone.

I needed my carpet restretched and they were able to come within 2 days of me calling and even on a Sunday. The price quoted was reasonable and the exact amount i paid. Norris even cleaned the carpet for no additional charge. The service was efficient and Norris is a cool guy. Will definitely use their services in the future if needed.

My wife and I are a Jan Pro Franchisee owner/operators and we love it. Jan Pro has a fantastic management team that cares.

I mean where do i begin. This place is a whole joke . Don’t even clean our office . You have to beg them to moo the floor, or do just basic cleaning that you would THINK is apart of their daily cleaning schedule. Management or whoever is in charge acts like they really care and non of the issues we bring up get corrected.

I run a surgery center in Plano, Texas and the cleaning crew quit without a notice. It is very important that I have a clean center every day and quitting without notice is unacceptable.

We hired Jan-Pro to perform their Enviroshield disinfecting process at our gym - a great service and a great company. Thanks, yall!

Jan-Pro and their team do excellent job all around. From their attention to detail, to first class customer service, I would highly recommend this business.

These people call my office 3 or 4 times a day...EVERY DAY!! We have asked them kindly to stop calling but now they call from a private number! We have let Jan Pro know that we are not interested in their services and do not wish to receive anymore phone calls but they don't care they continue to call every single day!!

I would strongly advise you to NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL HOUND YOU TO DEATH!!

My parents have bought franchises from Jan pro, the way they treat there staff is horrible unless you work in the office. They make it seem like they’re doing you a favor by giving you companies and if you don’t take what they offer they don’t give you any for MONTHS!!! (Like don’t get me wrong I understand it takes awhile to find new companies and ones that fit your staffs needs especially distance) but more than half of these companies aren’t paying the equal amount of how much work it is to clean a company.
It’s a scam they take your money and the people at the top of the chain gain and gain and gain while US at the bottom putting blood, sweat, tears, and LOTS OF TIME just so they can take money out of checks. It’s ridiculous. The reason why my parents are still in w them is because it’s a second job and we all are trying to get by. But if you haven’t signed w them SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ENERGY please and pray to god that you guys don’t get taken advantage just because you speak a second language..
