I used cleaning services from Green Feather based on reviews on Home Advisor, and I must say I am disappointed. Either the reviews are fake, or it was plan hard luck for me. This was supposed to full deep cleaning, and I trusted them to do their job, floor cleaning was mediocre. Exhausts were not cleaned. They did not even enter the garage, forget about cleaning it. There were many areas where the dust remained as-is. Overall it was a bad experience.

My first experience with Kiwi Services was so easy and appreciated. Not only was it affordable, but they picked up my rugs soon after I contacted them, and the turn around and the drop off was quick. I didn’t have to worry about lugging big rugs anywhere to be cleaned. They did it for me. I also appreciated their friendly customer service. In fact, my experience went so well I’m using them again.

We have used Kiwi for several years. We have moved twice and they have cleaned carpets and tile flooring in 2 houses. Have them scheduled to clean carpet in a 3rd on Friday! Customer Service is always very pleasant to speak with. Easy to make an appointment, and they always show up on time. Great value with the year guarantee. Highly recommend!

I had used Kiwi in the past for carpet cleaning and had always been pleased with their service and the results of their cleaning. I am now getting ready to get my home staged to sell and needed a good value for cleaning all the carpets in my home. The Kiwi customer service reps, especially Rachel, were excellent. They worked with me on pricing and scheduling and made me feel like they wanted my business. Now the new owners will get $7 carpet cleaning per room for a year! I love Kiwi services! They’re always there when i need them! I’ve used them twice for carpet cleaning at my home and business and they’ve done a wonder job. They’ve got a great warranty as well! I look forward to having them in my home to clean my air ducts because I know they’ll provide high quality service!

We have used Kiwi Services since about 2002 in two different homes. In fact, when we bought our second home, we negotiated that the seller include an initial Kiwi cleaning in the sale. They do a great job. Technicians have always been on time, helpful, friendly and thorough. We have always had dogs and they can handle almost any stain! The call center customer service is top notch. Our house looks and smells great when they are done.

I've used Kiwi services for several years and have always loved them. My servicemen always arrive promptly and are very clean. My carpets always look amazing and smell great. They always leave a bottle of spray for emergencies. Other companies take weeks to schedule an appointment and I can always count on Kiwi to schedule me as soon as possible. Also, other companies charge a fortune and Kiwi is very reasonably priced.

We have been very happy with Kiwi. The technicians are friendly and courteous, and have been willing to go over areas again if we were not completely satisfied. The carpet cleaning solution they use smells good too. We love their warranty program, and have just extended it for another year. We have tried several different carpet cleaning companies, and I can honestly say it's the best deal around!

The warranty program they offer is like no other I try to have my carpet clean every month at the reasonable price they charge. It's worth every penny. Thank you again for a job well done. I have been a Kiwi customer since moving to Prosper in June of 2013. I love the one year warranty package. Because of the great warranty deal, I am able to have my carpets cleaned every couple of months and with four children and four pets, that is a life saver. I have also had a grout cleaning done in my kitchen and was very happy with the result. Scheduling is always prompt and if anything, service providers have tended to call and ask if they could arrive early. We also had a deep cleaning done for some pet odors, again we were happy with the result.

Is only worth the initial fee price of $200-$300 if you do say 3-4 or more cleanings a year I'm a single man living in a 3000 sq ft home I get it cleaned once a year or every other year in a half so it not worth it for me if you fall in this category. They did offer to do the cleaning without the warranty for a one-time fee $37 trip fee+$8 a room but when I called to do that deal they said no we're not doing that and it'll be 200+ 🫤 2 stars

We got the one year warranty carpet service and it works great. They come back and clean the carpets for a small amount per room and the trip charge.
We have used Kiwi for the last three or four years and they do a great job every time.
Their employees are always friendly and do a good job. We are actually getting another warranty cleaning next week!
Their customer service is fast and easy to talk to. You can easily reschedule (whiting reasonable time).
