T & Z Building Maintenance is all you will ever need. When the company was referred to me I was Skeptical of using them because I was let down by so many times by different companies. I was desperate and needed a cleaning service for my office buildings so I gave the company a try. I was happy that I called T & Z Building Maintenance they did a phenomenal job after a few times of them cleaning my colleague and I contracted the company as our cleaning service, still until this day we are still happy with the service and refuse to use any other.

The T&Z team was amazing! Very hard-working and they cleaned areas I didn’t even know needed cleaning! For example, I thought our shower grout was just two colors but it turns out it was actually dirty! It now looks brand new! The kitchen cabinets literally are shining. A confirmation email that morning said they’d come make our house “all sparkly clean” - that wasn’t just a saying! The house actually is sparkling clean! We’ve had great cleaners before but this is a new level. Very satisfied with them and look forward to our new recurring service with T&Z.
