We have used Kiwi Services for many years and have always been pleased with their customer service and their technicians. We have used other carpet cleaning services before but once we found Kiwi, there was no going back for us. They are better than the rest when it comes to quality, customer service, and helpfulness. They work hard to make sure we are satisfied customers. Thank you Kiwi!

UPDATE as of 2/13/24: The company recently cleaned two area rugs for me. Picked up as promised, returned within the promised time frame and worked a miracle on the two rugs. Kiwi Services is my favorite cleaning service. It doesn't matter the services I employ the company, floor cleaning services, air duct cleaning, carpet or upholstery I am ALWAYS extremely satisfied.

UPDATE as of 1/8/24: My sentiments on Kiwi has not changed. This company is my "go-to" for cleaning services such as flooring, furniture and vents. I am always satisfied and look forward to continuing our relationship.

UPDATE as of 8/29/23: 8 years later and Kiwi and I have a loyal, respectable, established relationship. They have cleaned my carpet on numerous occasions and worked a miracle on my furniture. I have also used the company to clean my vents. I would strongly recommend Kiwi for any service needed.

This is my first experience using Kiwi Services. The technician Harley was prompt, courteous and conscience of doing a good job. . . . . . .I am very pleased with the cleaning of my carpet. Harley left my home the way he found it with the exception of the dirty carpet . . . . .Thank you Kiwi Services!

I have found the technicians to be efficient and professional. The office staff is courteous and responsive to my needs.

We had Kiwi out a few months ago and they did a GREAT job. Everything from setting up the appointment to the end of our appointment went smooth. Customer service is always so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Not to mention they have an awesome warranty program. After having family stay with us for a month we decided to get our carpets cleaned again. It was an easy decision since it will only be $4 per room! I would definitely recommend kiwi for any carpet cleaning services!

I have had my carpets cleaned by Kiwi a number of times and each time the Kiwi employee did a great job. They were professional and friendly also. When I have had to change my scheduled appointment, there was no problem in doing so; they were very congenial. Very reasonable in price and offers for discounts.
Of all the service people coming to my house, Kiwi is my favorite...they always leave me with new-looking carpet and a pleasant aroma in the room, and my carpet is over ten years old! Expensive carpet to begin with, but Kiwi does a great job of keeping it looking great!

No matter how many questions I ask or how many times I call trying to decide what services I want, they are extremely helpful with information and with getting me the best deal. We have a large family and that means a lot of mess and not a lot of extra money. Kiwi enables us to have quality carpet cleaning at a reasonable price and with a great warranty. We have used Kiwi for 4 years now, and just love it! The warranty alone is well worth the price! Each time they have come our to clean my carpets, they were professional and timely. We have had them clean our sofa and dining room chairs, and they are like new! I would highly recommend to anyone who is needing reliable, efficient carpet cleaning.

The warranty program is fantastic and I take advantage of the warranty cleanings numerous times throughout the year. I recently booked Kiwi to come clean my carpets for the second time. I highly recommend buying the warranty because you get unlimited carpet cleaning for a year for really cheap. It's a great deal if you have kids or pets. My first experience with Kiwi was fantastic. The guy showed up at the beginning of my appointment window, which I really appreciated. He was friendly and efficient. He gave me an estimate of how much it would cost before he got to work so I knew what to expect. Then he cleaned my carpet, which didn't take very long. It looked brand new! It then dried really fast due to Kiwi's special formula/process. The pet stains and smells did not return afterward, and my carpet stayed clean for a long time until we got a second puppy. This time I'm also having them clean my air ducts. I'm excited about this because they told me on the phone when I booked my appointment that they have a unique process that gets the ducts cleaner than other companies. I'll continue to recommend them to friends and family!

Very disappointed with my experience. The service rep on the phone when I made an appointment for a quote was extremely nice and helpful. However, when the tech came to my place to view and quote for carpet patching, he kept complaining and placing blame on me the entire time for things that were out of my control. Will not be doing business with Kiwi.

I have enjoyed Kiwi services since we started with them in approximately 2005. They are always prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. Their carpet cleaning is amazing and always seem to be able to get even the toughest stains out.
Love the warranty service where they come back for one year at a very low price to clean over and over again.

I find their carpet cleaning services to be better than other services in regards to getting up stains, my carpets smelling good, their prices and of course the warranty visits! We used Kiwi Services for Air vent cleaning services. From the get-go, the process was very easy. They provided me with the information i needed to make a decision, i had no hassle in getting the online discount and they booked my service. We were informed by the rep that booked our appointment that our vent would be cleaned with an industry grade disinfectant solution.

On the day of service, the technician was on time for the appointment. I did have to inform the technician that the industry grade solution was covered at no additional cost, which he quickly clarified with the rep and confirmed immediately. The service took about 2 hours but he did a great job, and cleaned up after he was done. Overall very professional service, and we continue to use Kiwi for other cleaning services as well!

I have been a customer for over 10 years. With my carpet being over 17 years old, Kiwi is my best friend!! My carpet is a very light color and Kiwi makes it look brand new each time they clean. The warranty is a great service and eliminates the worry that one spill will spoil and upset my life. The team is professional, efficient and reliable.
