My Experience with Cliff Newkirk and Jan Pro is nothing less than Amazing. They are professional, detail oriented and focused on customer service.
I would recommend this cleaning company to anyone.

When I connected with Jan Pro my life changed for the better. They gave me the opportunity to work independently and make money all the same. It's been great so far! Wouldn't change it,. Love it.

Jan-Pro handled DHL Dallas facility and it was very well managed and they were very receptive to all of our needs. They were also willing to come out to take care of all of our needs no matter the time. Christine made everything so enjoyable and easy..... Great Service and work

Excellent company with great management and friendly staff. Our offices have been working with JanPro DFW for 9 months and they are very flexible with scheduling. Whether I call them at 6am or 10pm, they are always available and quick to help. Their services are much appreciated!

I have been in affiliation with Jan Pro for about six years now and I must admit they have been very accommodating in my franchisee experience. They have definitely kept me on my feet and has been one of the smartest moves I have made monetarily.

My experience has been the same as the reviews. PLEASE do not invest with Jan pro. I don’t speak another language and I was taken advantage of. We were told lies from the first day(at the presentation). I was told that they had an abundance of contracts and not enough franchisees to take them, and obtaining them would not be a problem. I was told that I would be trained and some one would come out to assist. No one showed up and training was a video. I was left to figure it out. It has been 1 yr and I only have 2 contracts. I have not been offered anymore, and when I request new contracts, they never have them. The contracts are UNDER BID, rates start at $16/hr and there competitors (Coverall) are starting at $22-25/hr for the same sq ft contract. ( I know this because I have family that has franchises, and we have compared). The contracts demand too much for the money. They don’t offer any contracts to you when you refuse to take one.
They demand that you take a contract if you take a walk thru(evaluations), but you can only get a true feel of the space when you see it. RUN!

Jan-Pro DFW has taken great care of us and our building (Galleria area). Would highly recommend them and all of their fantastic partners throughout Dallas/Fort Worth. Best service we’ve ever had, hands down.

I found it! The best, fastest, and most professional cleaning service EVER!! I have had to Jan-Pro 4 times to deep clean my warehouse and offices due to a Covid scare. They were here in 30 minutes. After Jan-Pro cleans, we have the greatest confidence that everyone is safe. Thank you Jan-Pro for all you do in all ways - always!!!

Went into the office to see how to start up my own cleaning franchise. Met with Christine and she was helpful and explained to me what I needed to get started in the business. I went to other commercial franchise companies and they would not meet me today and she stopped her day to help me move forward. I am going to get my tax money soon and get started with a great franchise. Thanks for the advice , your staff is great and your office is very nice.

We recently bought a franchise from JanPro. We were very pleased with the detailed training and the hands-on help from JanPro's employees. We also were impressed with the fact that as soon as our training was completed, we immediately started receiving emails for possible locations that we could walk through.

Janpro completely destroyed our new floors after their first clean at our office. Rest of clean was sub par, fridge was left dirty, and multiple surfaces extremely dusty. Worst cleaning experience we've had in 10 years of business.

They have various personnel that assists with all facets of my business from sales, ongoing training, accounting and technical support. They offer awesome support at the corporate level and it is almost impossible for you to not be successful.
