Horrible experience. Highly unresponsive. Broke the neighbor’s fence and I’ve had to follow up with him 20+ times. Always has excuses for not showing up to fix it. During the installation, he straight up lied to me multiple times about drains they installed (which actually were not). I gave him ONE requirement - do not hit our fiber internet line. I showed his guys 3 times where the line was. Lo and behold, they hit the line and we lost WiFi + had to pay ATT to replace the line. Found out today they put the turf too high and blocked the pool valves to make them inoperable. It’s the gift that keeps giving.

We had turf installed by another company in the backyard so we are familiar with what a quality job looks like - Yard Pro Guys is NOT it. Stay far far far away from them.

If you need reliable landscape and hardscape work I would recommend YardPros without hesitation.
