TRANE IS GOOD EQUIPMENT, THE COMPANY ITSELF HAS GONE DOWN HILL OVER LAST FEW YEARS, AFTER 25 YEARS THIS WILL PROBALY BE THE LAST YEAR I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, GET THIS, TRANE HAS A FREAKING CALL CENTER US DEALERS HAVE TO CALL, ONE WEEK I CALLED 4 TIMES TO ORDER EQUIPMENT, WAITED 20 MINUTES EACH TIME , NO ONE ANSWERED , THERE WAS A OPTION TO GET A CALL BACK, IT NEVER HAPPENED, THIS COMPANY HAS WENT FROM THE BEST TO THE WORST

El servico es horrible e adquirido el servicio en Oklahoma city desde el 12 de abril y emos tenido una mala experiencia el trabajo quedo mal desde la primera vez e llamada arreglar el problema y no me resuelven nada solo me disen que van a programar la cita y nunca lo asen, la atencion al cliente del señor Mario es pesima y grosera pague todo en efectivo y no e resivido mis garantias no es justo que no pueda usar mi aire central que ya page en su totalidad por el pesimo servicio vamos a proseder de otra manera porque ya nos casamos de esperar
Estado llamando al señor Oscar desde Noviembre 2022 porque estado teniendo problemas con la calefacion porfavor me puede contactar gracias

The condenser went out at my house in May and they came out same day to confirm. By the next day a technician was out with a new unit and had it up and running very quickly. Would highly recommend using this company.

I acquired their services in Oklahoma, I installed it in September 2023, the cold air has never worked. I talk and they always tell me they are coming and I wait and they never arrive. Until today, June 18, 2024, they have not been able to fix it.

update Friday June 21. And they still haven't been able to come every day, they tell me that they come at 9:30 in the morning and they only waste my time and never arrive.

A Comfort Services did an amazing job! They were extremely communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. They came out the same day to diagnose the issue even though it was after 5 when I called. They had to order the part but sent Humberto out shortly after they received it. Humberto was knowledgeable and kind. He worked quickly and expertly to solve the issue. The company rep I had been working with, Oscar, was super nice and even checked in a few times to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Overall, I would absolutely work with them again, I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the service I received from A Comfort Service. They installed a new HVAC system in my home in July 2023. Very polite and professional. No high pressure sales. They filed all necessary warranty papers. Highly recommend...give them a call to take care of all your HVAC needs.

Our contractor hired someone from this company to install new ducts and insulation for our home remodel. We've had multiple issues since. Throughout the job he would not return our phone calls and we would have went with another company but he already had our money. It took him two months to complete the duct work in our home. We had to threaten to fire him multiple times in order for him to show up a random night and complete the work without communicating to us he was coming. The work he had done is worthless and now we are just finding out that no calculations were done and it all needs to be replaced. In addition we paid him to add an additonal return for our unit and he just cut a crooked hole in our wall. This has caused our new unit to run continuously and create additional problems we are now responsible for. On top of all of this we NEVER received ant of the vents that we paid for and he never showed up to put in insulation. We wanted to be done with him so we asked multiple times for him to drop all the vents off at our home and he kept promising he would but never showed up. It has been 7 months now and he has disappeared. I would NOT recommend this company or any affiliate if this the way they conduct business.

A Comfort Services is absolutely amazing. I have done a lot of business with them over the years and they always make me feel like family. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. If you are looking for a HVAC contractor look no further this is definitely the company you want to go with.
