New install within 24 hrs of me calling! Warranty company had been ghosting me for 3 days because they wanted to put a bandaid on my 25 yr old unit, plus charge me for other stuff without explaining their reasoning at all.

Callahan was super honest with me about price, part availability and timeline. Incredible work ethic, professional, friendly, and he showed me around the new equipment once it was done.

Stacey is a referral from a co-worker who recently had a system installed for a reasonable price and she was pleased with the work.
I invited him to look at my HVAC and the problem was small, 7 other companies wanted to install a brand new system for between 18 - 20 thousand dollars and for me to go into debt for 10 years.
I can’t believe that Stacey could be so truthful and give me a price that was so affordable.

I Highly Recommend Stacy Calahan at Calahan Construction & Air! It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. I found Calahan Construction & Air... Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. So, I needed a used 5 ton unit - not an easy ask, but Stacy found one and installed it w/in 24 hours for a price that did not break the bank (about the same cost as 2 top of the line portable air conditioners, which I returned!) He was professional, responsive, and quick at a reasonable price! Stacy listened to me, took ownership of my problem, was kind & caring and best of all got the job done quickly at a price I could afford...all in the middle of summer (his busiest season) when other air conditioning companies are charging premium prices or up selling, Stacy Callahan got me what I needed not what he could sell me! His work ethic & business model are heads and shoulders above the rest, do not hesitate to use this company for all your A/C needs!!

The A/C at our business stopped working over the weekend due to a power surge. We own a dog boarding business and not having cooling in the summer is an absolute emergency. We called several companies and Calahan was the only company who was willing to come out immediately. Stacy was going to come out on a Wednesday. My HVAC unit had a failed blower, we had no AC for a day and a night and were going to have to endure one more night. I got a call from Stacy Tuesday afternoon asking if he could come out Tuesday late afternoon instead of Wednesday. That was a very nice surprise. The service was excellent and at a fair price. Had 2 other companies out to fix a/c. Both said I needed a new system. Stacey came out and diagnosed the problem and discovered a short in the wires going to the outside unit. Simple repair and a/c works great! Highly recommend their services.

I appreciated the reminder text message letting me know Ron, the tech was on their way. He did a great job getting me squared away for winter, cleaning the leaves out of my unit and answered all my questions. Thankfully there were no problems and only minor recommendations, which I will take heed to. The service price was also lower than expected, which is always a nice surprise. Great overall experience! We had an HVAC emergency and they answered a call on Memorial Day weekend and helped us as soon as possible! Reasonable pricing with a great warranty. Definitely using them as our go to for anything HVAC related! So glad I found them!

Calahan Construction and Air did a wonderful job fixing our house's AC. They were able to get someone out to help us very quickly (very important when dealing with AC in Texas!), and when they inspected the system, they explained very clearly what the problems were and offered options and advice, but didn't push us too hard in any direction. After the repair was done, they made sure to check up with us that everything was working well, and a few days later when we had a freon leak they hadn't caught on the original inspection, they were able to come out within hours and fix it free of charge. I definitely recommend them, they clearly take pride in their work.

The response time has always been great! They do good work have reasonable prices. Stacy and his men are careful to clean up any messes and just in general good people. I've used them several times on different houses and never been disappointed.

I'm so happy to find Calahan Construction and Air on KCBI Radio! I had a water leak in my HVAC closet, causing black mold in HVAC ducts! Stacey found the problem, and he and his awesome crew removed all the moldy ducts, air vents, etc. at a very reasonable and fair price! My Niece came over yesterday. I was referred by a family member who had used them for work on their personal homes and investment properties and am so glad they did the work for us. I asked them to reroute all my ducting through the attic instead of down a wall and out in the crawlspace under the house.
