They charge the contractor for parts that should be covered under warranty. Had bad compressor that was under warranty took it with me for the warranty exchange. They wanted me to pay the full price of the compressor which was 1200 dollars. Then they said
Will refund your money in 2 weeks if everything checks out. 32 years in this industry never see any thing like it . That would be like tell the customer to pay me 1200 for a warranty. When everything checks will refund your money. Dumb will never by goodman ever again. Goodman has the highest warranty turn over rate in the industry because it's cheap equipment and it doesn't have a warranty anymore.

He assesses the situation and explains what needs to be done and then follows through. He is knowledgeable and courteous, and just a really nice person. You get the feeling when you meet him that he is going to handle your call professionally, but also like you are family. We really appreciate the work that Kevin and Brothers have provided over the years.

Total respect for Brothers. Called them after another company blew me off for four days (after scheduling an install date nonetheless) and Brothers sourced the part the same day and came to fix my furnace the next morning, before the snow came in Jan 2026. That’s how you win business!

My air conditioning unit broke down late at night. I was able to get a morning appointment the very next day. Kevin was very polite and professional.
