Either they don't know what they're doing or just lazy! My upstairs is hot downstairs is cooling just fine was told I needed new duct from a couple different people but homeowner’s insurance is involved and sends this company out . Would not recommend them.

Robert is amazing. He gets to the bottom of the issue and is able to fix it. Bravos. Im hopeful to have him over whenever i run into a problem with my unit.

Tech was civil,, a little serious, however it could have been due to the long drive, about 1hr+. Tech did get the air finally blowing cold, but did inform me that he didn't know how long it would last. Stated he submitted a request to HWA regarding our unit needing to be replaced. Praying HWA will approve.

I’ve dealt with a lot of HVAC companies and they are up there as one of the absolute worst. They no-showed 3 times, don’t call you back when they say they’re going to and after almost a month, still couldn’t diagnose the problem.

This was a service contracted through CHOICE Warranty. After some initial hick-ups with the estimates and delays due to winter storms, the job was finally completed and the heating system seems to be working fine now !

I highly recommend working with Top HVAC Service. From contacting them to them showing up at my house, this company was on top of the process. Robert was my technician, and I found him to be a gentleman and very conscientious of our home. My experience was A++ with these folks. If you're stuck like I was, give them a call. They will treat you right and get the problem fixed.

I called TOP HVAC this past month, and they were so professional and excellent to work. When the service tech came to my home, they wore professional clothes and shown so much respect and consideration to my AC. I knew right away that I would work with them again! I recommend them to those that need Heating and AC services!

Anthony answered right away and came out at 11pm to service our outside unit! He did a fantastic job and was very fast and efficient. He replaced the capacitor and checked the compressor, freon, and the fan motor too all for a fair and honest price. We will absolutely use Top HVAC again if/when the need arises. I really appreciate Top HVAC they replaced one of my air conditioners about 2 years ago. They are so helpful with the information that they give so when we had trouble with our other unit I called them . They replaced the second unit and the furnace. So proud of our new system. Very efficient, family oriented and enjoys seeing his customers pleased
