One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating were here for the day replacing the unit which had seen better days. The team worked well together even though this install had some minor issues to deal with. The house definitely was cooler by the end of the day which was their goal. I appreciate their hard work.

Terry was great. We were stuck in 90 degrees when our AC broke. He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us options, and he was transparent with pricing and gave great advice. We were without AC at 5pm and by 7pm we had the AC running. Highly recommend!

Very happy with customer service from One Hour Air. I contacted them to get a second opinion on a service quote from another company to fix my AC unit and they were extremely responsive, prompt and professional. Yoany Castaneda was the technician who come over and he was great. He explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond on a very late appointment. Highly recommend.

My technician Robert is the epitome of not all hero’s wear cape! When no one else could figure out the problem, Robert came in and saved the day! Absolutely knowledgeable and didn’t give up until he solved the problem! He will always be our families hometown hero! Thank you Robert for saving me from the heat and getting my AC back up and running! There aren’t enough grateful words in the dictionary to express my gratitude!

They came out super fast and on a Sunday too. Uriel was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing to me. Had to replace a dampener for one of my zone and rewire my board on my unit. Great service overall

The technician Michael was outstanding!! He stayed until around 10:30PM. He wasn’t leaving until the job was done and the AC was fixed. Very nice and friendly and got the job done! Would HIGHLY recommend their services.

This was not a good experience. Your text spent a half an hour taking pressures and proceeded to spend a half an hour trying to convince me why I should spend over $9000 to replace the compressor. Pricing was such that it would make no sense to spend that much money to replace a compressor on a seven year-old system thus pressuring me into purchasing a new unit. I informed him that I would sleep on it and think It over. I also informed him I would get a second opinion. I proceeded to schedule a technician from another company within 15 minutes. He came back and stated the system was low on refrigerant and needed a pound of our 410A. I authorize them to charge the system, and within 30 minutes compressor started operating normally cooling at full capacity and pulling down to set point. The system also started running in two stage, which it was not when this started. I am very disappointed that your company pushes people to make unneeded repairs and pressure people to purchase new systems when the only issue was a low refrigerant charge once again very unhappy with the service from this company and of course, I will never contact you again.

Zenas Barrow was the ac technician who came to inspect my ac unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. I was impressed with his work and that he explained and informed and answered all my questions. Definitely a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Left freon line cap off after check. Could not give anything but a guess to the issue except to recommend a quote for a new system which was 15k for a system that cost 5k quoted by other companies using a name brand company versus there quote using an off brand saying that all air conditioners are made by the same manufacturer after Covid. Just my experience,HaHa what a joke!

Called on Thanksgiving and they came the same day! It was an emergency call with the heater gone out at my elderly mothers. Uriel was professional and on time and very thorough with the inspection and solution! Can’t thank you all enough! Saved the day!

John Smith aka Tony Little: Mr. Jay Bettis was early and eager to inspect a ceiling leak which turned out NOT TO BE AN AIR CONDITIONER ISSUE. My Wife found him to be polite and thorough while conducting his investigation. We recommend Jay Bettis and will ask for him again.

Ze was amazing at diagnosing the issues with the drain pan and capacitor for the AC system. He was very thorough with explanation and provided me with 3 different types of solutions based on what I wanted to do. Really thankful for the transparency and professionalism.
