Nancy McCracken is my enhancement manager and she makes my world so much easier. Nancy always listens to my enhancement concerns and executes a beautiful result. Her attention to detail and the extra work she puts in, is impressive.

Kim Solcruz always works very hard in supporting me and making sure I have the right connections. If she cant do it, she finds someone that will! Her job goes beyond the contract! She really cares and is a great person to have in your corner.

These two impressive individuals are supported by a group of wonderful people Southern Botanical. Their irrigation manager, arborist, and account managers are all strong.

I am a property manager and we on boarded a new hoa who used them it has been the best transition. They have amazing communication from Shannon and Lanier when there are reschedules and weekly landscaping reports . Marco was very informative and helpful in understanding the tree care needed.

I want to thank Sophie, and the enhancements team at Southern Botanical, for the excellent job replacing a 20 year old Pistache tree that unfortunately died. I had concerns that an extensive project like this might cause damage to my very lush lawn. Throughout the process of removal and replanting, I was elated to find no damage at all. Couldn't even tell they were there. The new tree looks healthy and beautiful.

I was also super impressed with Sophie's knowledge, recommendations, and communication throughout the project. She kept me informed every step of the way. She and her team showed up at the quoted time for each phase. I quickly realized how much she genuinely cares about the quality of work and customer satisfaction. Such a great experience from the first consultation with David who was so knowledgeable and then to the removal of our tree. It's a company that cares about doing the right thing but also giving advice on maintaining the trees we have and how to take care of them correctly. Highly recommend.

David Brantley of Southern Botanical Landscaping helped us immensely in understanding the differing types of care needed by the variety of trees in our yard. These included various hollies, crepe myrtles, a magnificent live oak, and our beloved sweet gum. He also helped us understand the difference between an arborist and someone who just trims trees.

He was very thorough and generous with his advice and time. We made detailed notes afterward so we can do a better job of following his advice. We both agree that Southern Botanical is the company we will call first for all our tree needs.

Southern Botanical is one of the best exterior Landscaping companies I've worked with in Dallas. The Sales and New Business teams are engaged and have the depth and experience to really take on new accounts efficiently. They partner with all departments to get the services outlined correctly, upfront. The plant enhancement department is phenomenal with recommending the correct plant types, walking the properties to study weather and seasonal concerns, etc. When you award a contract, their entire team shows up, including irrigation, to make the transition as streamlined as possible. The Account Managers with Southern Botanical are best in class. They are open to effective communication, open to meeting routinely to stay ahead of issues, and partner well with tenant events. I highly recommend Southern Botanical for Class A commercial office buildings. I couldn't ask for a better partnership.

This company came through! They cleaned up two large trees in a tiny backyard without causing any damage to our house, the yard, or the neighbors’ houses/yards that are really close. They did good, proper cuts. They cleaned up after. They even came back when I asked them to trim a little more over the houses. The arborist reviewed the work and even noted a couple of other things he wanted the team to do before finishing the job. They were very professional all around and a pleasure to work with.

It all starts and stops with Josh! From our first meeting and till today, he has answered every question, every text is followed up immediately! And how about going above and beyond, my project was complicated and he suggested a crane service to remove a large dangerous tree but to access they would need to have utilize my neighbors driveway, the day of the job was also a day the neighbor, who is wheelchair bound had Dr appointments. when she left for the Dr and arrived back home, Josh and his crew where there to wheel her through the yard to get her back in her home. That is customer service!! On top of that the tree removal job was done safely and clean up of both yards was perfect. Josh answered my questions about possible tree replacements and locations to plant. Great company and a superior representative of their business.Thanks again for all the good work and all the assurances!

We are extremely happy with the work we had done on our trees.

We met with David who is an arborist with Southern Botanical Landscaping.
He let us know that unfortunately our tree, that suddenly had dead leaves on one side, was dead and needed to be removed.
David also pointed out to us that we have a co-dominant trees that need to be anchored together to protect them from strong winds.

Southern Botanical Landscaping not only did a flawless job with the removal and anchoring the trees, the crew also did amazing job on the clean up!
I really wish I could remember everyone’s name to thank them.
I do remember Benjamin Varas who was part of the second crew that came to our home.

David, the Arborist for Southern Botanical came to our home for a bid. Incredible experience with David whose wealth of knowledge of flora and fauna shined. We agreed and the work was scheduled within days. The team came on the day. Friendly and professional, Antonio, Edgar and Manuel started and finished within hours. Cleaned up the yard after trimming our huge pecan, live oaks, redbud, thank you team and you will knock your customers out of the park. The trees are incredibly beautiful they shaped. Thank you guys

A difficult project which included a complete grade change and drainage system. They also added five trees and Zoysia sod. Excellent job!!!

I first dealt with PLM back in 2013. They were very professional and did an amazing job. I have another project in mind and they were the first business I thought of.

I would absolutely recommend them for any landscaping project you may have.

Initially my interaction was good then soon after the I experienced the same situation as the other complaints below. Lack of communication, follow-thru and service. Blake said he would reach out on a specific day, he never did then said 'for sure' I would be installed by last Friday and they never showed. When I strongly challenged him he had a litany of excuses. Their business is really good and clearly they don't need mine, or yours. There a lot of providers in this space.. I suggest you keep looking.

Disappointed. I had an appointment 2 weeks ago to have someone come out and see if they can help our yard with their work. Someone in our neighborhood referred them. I was told i'd get a quote either in 2 days or by the end of the week. Fast forward 2 + weeks later, i've called twice, the lady who answers says she has no notes about having a quote for me, said she left a message for the person who came out to see me and doing on day 3 still no call back. I thought companies wanted to make money :( Sorry i will advise many people in our neighborhood not to move forward and word of mouth is very strong for business.

Blake came out to look at our house and give us a quote. Very knowledgeable guy and was very thorough in what he suggested we do. What a waste of time though. There was no follow-up with us and after 1.5 weeks I called and the receptionist said she'd call me back same business day. Never called. I called again the next week and she said she'll have someone call me back. Again, never called. I emailed Blake directly and he said he was out of town but will call me the following day to discuss. Nothing. What an utter waste of time. Not going to chase someone down to take my money for lawn services!

they had a vision of what our front and back should look like, we had others out but there was no vision just took our ideas. The crew were hard workers; the brothers were responsive to our questions and made sure things were done right. They were not the cheapest, but the work was first class! I have recommended them to 5 other homeowners.
