Awesome service!

Sent a message for an estimate and a week later get an email saying they'd like to visit... almost a week later and still nothing back. Not impressed so far.

Josie is very polite and professional and offers excellent rates and can perform the work required in very short order..

I recently hired Josie's team to cut our grass, and they did a great job. They even went above and beyond by cleaning overgrown vines from our fence.

Lawncare By Josie trimmed some vines around my AC unit outside, and there were sensitive exposed wires at the bottom of the unit. They were very careful and did a great job! Thank you

Josie is excellent to work with and responds very quickly. Josie and Tito did a great job on ripping out some ground cover and replacing it with sod. Many of our neighbors saw the work and started referring them to others as well.

Lawncare by Josie delivers fantastic service and beautiful results. Great team and dependable. They provide weekly/monthly billing so you're not stuck with a huge bill at the end of the season. They do it all, lawns, shrubbery, planting, mulch, and even help with sprinkler systems

Josie is a dream! THE BEST customer service I've had from any lawn care provider. She was quick to give me a treatment plan, explained all the services thoroughly, gives me a reminder when they are about to come out for service, and always has such an upbeat attitude. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I live streetside on a very busy, high traffic street in Carrollton Tx. My home has been hit by careless drivers five times over the last ten years. The last time was 7/28/23 and totally destroyed my kitchen. This was a traumatic event in so many different ways. However, the good that resulted from this devastating event was searching and finding a lawncare company that could and would plan, then execute landscaping that was not only beautiful to look at but……more importantly would provide defense against future home damage from speeding, careless drivers. Lawncare by Josie is a female owned business and one of the most outstanding businesses I have ever used. The crew supervisor took time to listen carefully to my goal of damage preventive landscaping that would also result in professional beauty! The end result far exceeded my expectations!!
UPDATE: Just to add to my complete satisfaction of a job so well done, Lawncare by Josie came to my rescue again!! On Tuesday 5/28/24 my street was hit with the worse storm I’ve experienced in the last 40yrs living in my Carrollton home. 80 mile per hour winds and rain resulted in an immense amount of tree and landscape damage not only in my yard but also, every house on my street. Loss of power and torrents of rain continued for the next two days. My protective tree from the landscaping done by Lawncare by Josie was uprooted. I contacted Josie hoping they would work me into their schedule to come and secure the tree back into the ground so I would not loose it. 24hrs later……Mission Accomplished!! I cannot praise their service enough…..10+ Stars!! Thank you Josie and Tito!

If I could give zero stars I would I can't stand a company who can't take accountability there lawn care team damaged my brand new car no one speaks English no one cares several run around asking for photos and estimates when you they knew they were not going to take accountability I will not let this rest

One of the most incompetent landscaping companies I've seen in business. It takes 6-7 guys to do the work of what would be 2-3 guys who knew what they were doing. They bounce from area to area without finishing one and moving on then back, they cut tree branches down and instead of picking them up they try and mulch them out of laziness into the ground leaving sticks and debris everywhere. I'm not sure how they are in business. Terrible fit and finish. Look elsewhere if you value you're time and money.

Shout out to Randall Lawrence for saving my HOA and our landscaping needs. He is communicative, reliable, dependable, and does what he says he is going to do. He takes pride in his work and his crew and represents Superscapes as a top notch manager. If your HOA needs new landscaping, call Superscapes and request Randall, you won't be disappointed.
