Every step of the way, from the bid to the payment process, was easy and informative. Every member of the US Tree Care team that I worked with was concerned with making sure I understood everything that was happening with my tree and why they were doing what they were doing to help me. I definitely plan on using them in the future for my other trees.

I have never met them or used them, but as a landscape consultant I found they gave the very same advice about a customer's tree that I did. It was honest, sound advice and I am so happy to find an arborist more interested in the customer than their own pocketbook, because that is not the norm!!! You can use them with confidence - I know I will, and I will also be recommending them to my customers.

I received 4 Qoutes from other Tree Removel Company's, including one I have used for Trimming my trees for years, before selecting US Tree Care. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, but their follow up, was the most professional of the other 3 and showed that they truly cared about wanting my business. They showed up the very next day 6to begin to remove a large 50 foot Live Oak and stump, between mine and my neighbors home and completed all work, including site clean up, all within a timely manner as promised. The Crewman, including Juan, Kevin, Ron and even the Owner Matt showed up to check on the job, were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I got a real kick out of watching them climb and work their way about and into the tree, to cut limbs. It takes a real mastery to do what they are capable of and several, including the Owner, even compete for in Professionally Tree Climbing Events, they proudly told me. You might even go as far as say that they have actual tree sapp coursing through their veins.

I would, without hesitation, recommend US Tree Care to anyone and plan on using them again, in the very near future.

This is a top quality tree service that doesn't cut corners with their work. My aunt's place in Carrollton was an overgrown disaster and they showed up with the quickness and made it look like a home again. They also arrived on time which is rare from a tree service these days it seems. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a fair price.

We have used U.S. Tree Care several times over the past year. The team led by Matt and Jeremiah are extremely diligent, knowledgeable and hard workers.

If that might seem like a good recommendation to use their services, try adding in friendly and easy to work with, offering very reasonable pricing; and they do what they say they will do and arrive when they say they will be there.

They recently helped us with a tree emergency – transplanting a large palm tree that was planted right on top of our pool pipes – to make way for a patio remodel project.

I had a great experience with US Tree Care. The workers were competent, friendly, and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. They also provide a warranty on their work against any storm damage for 1 year after the time of our pruning. Great value and peace of mind!

US Tree Care in Carrollton, TX did a great job removing a tree that fell on our home and another one that was still standing. Richard and James were professional and patient in answering our questions. They addressed all our concerns. I highly recommend their service.

We lost a huge, almost 30 year old tree during the recent storm in Carrollton. Quite a few individuals and companies were coming by to give us bids on tree removal. James (of U.S. Tree Care) was one of them, and he was the most professional of everyone. He and his partner left a card, and when I called for a bid the next morning they were able to quote a price right away for the large tree I already mentioned, another tree and a gutter check. Not only was the cost VERY reasonable, but they were able to do the work today after another huge storm last night. Richard and his crew were prompt, efficient, and left the areas very tidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of tree service.

This house has major foundation problems. There are large cracks all over the floor, the walls, and around the door frames, the garage is about to collapse along with a room that way built on. You can see the walls separating, and none of the walls are flush.

Great work on our lawn and trees for the past 10+ years.

I had Miguel and his guys remove 2 trees for me as well as trim a couple of my neighbor's trees that were hanging over on my side. Miguel answers his phone, shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. They also spent quite a bit of time cleaning up all the debris from my yard afterwards, which was great. Miguel's is a small operation, and the price was much cheaper compared to large companies. Will definitely use again.

Miguel was so easy to work with. He was very responsive in text and calls and made it out to help the very next day. He is also priced very well and quick but efficient at what he does. I will ABSOLUTELY use his services again in the future.

Not only did Zack diagnose the salt-induced leaf burn with the precision of a tree doctor, but he also demonstrated how to prevent it.

His expertise was nothing short of magical—he even labeled my treatment bags with seasonal instructions as if they were treasure maps. 🌱🗺️ Now, I know exactly what to use and when, thanks to his clear guidance.

Jeffery was so helpful when we decided to add some trees in our backyard! Not only is he knowledgeable, but his eye for design is spectacular! We are so lucky to have been able to work with him.

Went to Moon Valley Nurseries today with my son in law after first going to Lowe’s. Besides the selection of plants being much better the expertise of the designer, Christopher Hall was amazing. He spent a lot of time with us and made great suggestions as to what we should plant. No high pressure sales talk. Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Moon Valley and definitely Christopher as well.

We bought our house and needed to redo some of the landscaping, but I was so indecisive and overwhelmed because I had no clue where to start. Jeffrey made it so fun and helped get me together so I actually had a vision of how to transform my garden space into something beautiful and manageable. I will definitely be back to get the backyard in order with his help too!
