This is my third time utilizing Dial One Johnson in the Dallas area, and each service job has been a positive experience. The technician quickly assessed and confirmed that there was a gas leak near the stove, as well as an electrical issue. He assured me that the problems would be fixed at the same price, regardless of whether a part needed to be replaced. He also serviced the master bedroom toilet and replaced the flapper. The flapper replacement usually costs over $200, but he did it for $50. What was even more impressive was that he gave me the option to waive my $50 military discount in exchange for reducing the flapper repair fee to only $50. The total cost for the repair of the gas leak and flapper replacement was an affordable $183.

I’ve had other plumbing companies charge triple the cost for just replacing an outdoor faucet. More importantly, they categorized my service request as an urgent call and took care of the matter in an expeditious manner. The service call agent and technician were extremely polite, professional, and took the time to ensure that I completely understood the process and had no unanswered questions.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again: Dial One Johnson is affordable, dependable, professional, and quick. You’ll never go wrong if you call on them for a job.

James and the Dial One Johnson Plumbing team are incredible! They took over after another company caused a gas leak and tried to sell me a $15K re-pipe. James found and fixed the leak they caused, pressure-tested the system, and got it to pass inspection—all without the unnecessary work. Professional, honest, and an expert at his craft. Highly recommend!

Allan was great! Very knowledgeable and nice. He came right in and diagnosed our heating issue and fixed it.

Joe O. was extremely helpful in explaining his thought process when diagnosing our AC unit malfunction. He got our AC back up and running and was very transparent in walking us through our options of looking to replace our AC system. It’s a big cost investment and he was considerate and thoughtful in working through realistic options for his. I’m so grateful we received him as our tech and he’s gained our trust for working with DialOne and him in the future.

Emmett performed the annual inspection on my heating unit to ensure it is ready for the winter weather. He did a thorough job and I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism.

James was the perfect combination of professional and friendly/approachable. Repairs were made quickly and he went the extra mile to address some additional minor issues that had been bothering us.

I am so glad that I found Dial One Johnson. Our AC went out and I had a different company who had maintained the system for a year come out to assess. They gave me a very high quote for installation of a new AC and air handler, so I went and found Dial One to hopefully give me a better quote.

From the get go Dial One was extremely professional and fast, able to send out a technician in just a few hours to give me an estimate. Dan came by and from the moment he walked in I could tell he was an extremely honest man. He was no bs and gave me a better breakdown of what it would cost as well as explaining to me a lot of things the other company did not, and did not try to take advantage of a newer home owner. He was also more professional, checking a lot of other things to get a better assessment. Then after 20 minutes of talking to his supervisor he was able to get us a detailed, itemized quote thousands less than the other company.

Then they were able to source both the outdoor and indoor unit in a day and came by the next morning to begin installation. Again, Dan and Aaron came by to install, working with extreme care and tact, worked throughout the day, in the heat, installing everything that they initially thought might take days. Additionally, when they discovered another part they had to add on, they gave it to us at cost since it was their mistake, and did not add on labor costs.

The service manager, Josh, also came out to take a look at the duct work and gave us extremely detailed and clear breakdowns of other work he recommended, but did not push it on us. And he gave us an itemized quote as well as detailing the best time of year to get the work done, as we were already worried about cost.

All in all, I am extremely grateful for Dial One Johnson and in particular Dan, Aaron, and Josh and will absolutely be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward. I cannot recommend them enough!

Wow! Just Wow! Thank you, Emmett and the entire office! This is the way to do business. It takes a lot to really impress me. And, I’m a customer service gal who fights hard for my customers and not the company. Run don’t walk from your current HVAC providers to this company! After what we just experienced, to have them put our minds at ease and FIX the current issue within an hour of arriving! We have now found our new HVAC company. I hope all my neighbors saw the truck in our driveway and wondered why in less than 2 weeks we had a new company at our house. I can’t wait to tell them to switch over too and why.

Seemed very expensive for a 15 minute job ($362 for one spicket leaking) & that was supposed to be with a $50 discount for using them in the past? Also the service man first just turned the leaky faucet off so hard that it stopped momentarily & he thought the job was complete as if he would just charge me a service call, but I told him their people told me in the previous jobs to never turn the faucet off that hard? I turned it back on & off again to show him how it would start leaking again. After he turned it back on & off again it continued to leak & he replaced it.

Very fast response and very respectful service. Give them an A+ all the way around.
Found my leak quickly and repaired it same day even though it was not easy to access.

We had several plumbing issues in our kitchen. Michael was great, was very efficient, knew exactly what we needed and performed flawlessly. Afterwards he answered all our questions and even gave us some helpful tips. We had work done by other companies but Dial One is now our favorite for any future jobs. Friendly and personable. Did the work right away. fixed our leaking pipe under our house in a jiffy!

Came out. Inspected furnace. Did nothing. Gave 2 estimates. One for repair, one for new thermostat. Both way, way overpriced. Charged $89 for coming out.
Today, got someone else. Fixed furnace, charged total of $75. Said I don't need a new thermostat, don't need any parts for repair.
So apparently you are just sharks. Charging too much and trying to snow me!
You are not the only ones to try to do this. I hope you enjoy the $89. Because that's the last you'll hear from me.

My EMC blowing Motor went out. Also, clogged up line caused flooding in the living room.

The installation crew came out at 8:15 and get everything done before 2:00 pm. There are 4 men including Ezequiel; the process went so well, smoothly without any issues. I so much like the way the crew balanced the outside AC unit sitting on top of a new platform, secured and steady. They are professional.

I like to thank William also. He is courteous and knows his craft in the maintenance dept.

I have been with Ellis for 14 years now. This is the second complete system Ellis installed for us. The price is fair , the warranty on comp. , parts and labor is great.
