Jesse came for my semi annual heating checkup. He was prompt, calling ahead to say he was on his way. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. I am very happy with Ellis service. They even called to remind me of the semi annual service...which I had forgot.

Ellis air installed an infinity heat pump system at our home 15 years ago. Best thing we have ever done. It has preformed beautifully over the years and is still going strong thanks to Ellis Air. Their annual maintenance is reasonably priced and their technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and polite. David Zachary was just by to give my system a winter check and reported the system is looking and running great! Thank you David.

I recently purchased an air scrubber from Ellis the price was very good and the installation went great!! The installers name was Chris he was very professional and very respectful he answered any questions that I had for him and even walked me through what he did and showed me some things about my system that may need some attention in the future he was great!! I would highly recommend Ellis for anything ac or heating related!! And I will be using them going forward!!!

We’ve been clients of Ellis for 20+ years at our home and office. Yesterday we woke to no heat, of course with the coldest temps of the year just 2 days away, we called Ellis. Within 20 minutes, Rusty Manchen arrived to discover it was a quick fix. Rusty was courteous and efficient as he checked out the system, made the simple repair, clearly communicated what he found and left us confident we will stay warm this winter.

We have been with Ellis Air for over a decade. They have many wonderful employees but I am so thankful that Justin was the one that came today to deliver the awful news that our system had breathed its last. Justin is kind and conscientious but that is not what makes him stand out. He is trustworthy. I know when he gives me options that he is taking my best interest at heart. I am thankful that we have a wonderful company that we can depend on that employ people who care and give their very best.

Replaced the old with the new. I got a fantastic price on the new heat pump system. The installation went really smoothly, and it is working great. I like this company; they have great prices, and their technicians know what they are doing. They are easy to talk to and explain everything really well. David was great at maintaining our systems and diagnosing any problems. Ezequiel J. and his crew did a great job getting the new system installed and set up. It could not have gone better.

We did not use them their prices were to expensive they charge $99.00 to come out then $150.00 per pound for freon a 25 pound container of freon is only $375.00-$400.00 you do the math.

Installed a new A/C unit both inside and out. It was a little challenging to begin with because the units we had bought were incorrect. It was fixed after a while, and the installation went without a hitch. My installer was fantastic. He remained up extremely late making sure the equipment was functional. He works quite hard!

Advantage Services (a company under "one hour air & heating") did a phenomenal job today. My condenser was cycling at around 2am. I called this number at 12:35pm, they got me with advantage who sent me Gilbert within 20-25 mins I had him looking at the unit and troubleshooting. He took care of everything, called in my warranty, picked up parts, replaced them, he was professional and communicated well. He had me back up and running within 3 hours. I'm definitely saving this number for the future. 100% recommend.
