We needed an ancient heating and cooling system replaced. We got estimates from three different companies and Ellis's was the most reasonable with the best warranty. The guys showed up early and worked all day, with minimal disruption. By evening, I was comfortably cool again. The service was fast, reasonable and efficient with great communication. I would highly recommend them.

We had Ellis A/C upgrade our system in our machine shop. We struggled keeping the shop comfortable in the TX heat. Aaron and Mike came out to look at our facility and put a plan in place. They upgraded one of our existing units and added a new unit to the rear of the building. The results were night and day this summer. No issues with creating a comfortable work environment. I’d recommend Ellis A/C to anyone.

Zeek and his crew were diligent and professional. They completed the installation in a reasonable time and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation. Zeke was very professional, explaining each step and answered all our questions.

I worked with Chris when my Heat went out after several days of low temperatures! He knew just what to do, had great customer service, and had us up and running in no time! I would recommend Ellis Air Conditioning and Heating to any homeowner or business.

UPDATE: Installation was quick, clean and thorough with Ezequiel’s team in charge. Ezequiel was reassuring through the whole process especially when problems arose. He explained thoroughly and gave me several options in how to proceed. My new unit is quiet and air distribution is better balanced than ever.

Service tech came out this morning to change my filter (couldn't recall last change and it was FILTHY). Two things I want from a service provider: show up on time and just be nice. That's it. I can tell you Ellis delivers EVERY time. Sure they provide excellent technicians and great pricing on AC units, but it's the little things like this that set them apart. Thanks again to Rusty Manchen for representing Ellis AC well.

Critter Smith is a rock star! My heat wasnt working properly due to Aux heat not bing wired and set up correctly and he fixes it all up. Repairs were a reasonable cost as well. Very happy / return customer.

Ellis Air Cedar Hill is our go to for all of our heating & a/c needs! From a new unit years ago to our bi-annual check-ups. And the costs are reasonable.
Justin has handled our most recent service calls and has been great. He shows up on time, answers all of our questions & fixes our issues. From a clogged line to thermostat replacement. Best of all he's friendly.

I was without heat on a Friday night. I called Ellis Air Conditioning on Saturday morning and within a few minutes Rusty called me back and came within an hour and was able to identify quickly what the issue was and repaired it. Dickie Johnson with Ellis AC & Heating is the best service tech anyone could ask for. He was thorough, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He provided options, explaining each option in detail and solved our heat pump problem. I highly recommend Ellis AC and Dickie for any air conditioning and heat issue.

We had some work done previously with a different contractor and had problems. We used Ellis AC & Heating and so far all is good. Ellis came for system check and we were told that there was a carbon monoxide leak and we need a new system. Although we were a little skeptical, the system was 20 years old, so we went ahead. They did a great job and even installed a new circuit breaker for the system

The installation team was professional, clean, and clearly very technically skilled. They respected my home, kept everything spotless, and made sure every detail was done right. The end result? My house is now more comfortable than any home I’ve ever lived in — the difference is night and day!
