Frank sent a progress link i used to see him coming, he arrived well on time (even a bit early) and in a short time was able to replace a 30 year old valve in the garage that had started leaking. Very personable and definitely knew his stuff. And he had all the equipment and parts needed so no delay! Have used Good Clean Plumbing before and we will definitely call them anytime a plumbing problem comes up! Oh, and I'll probably ask for Frank!

Number one right on arrival time . extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to explain the process and how to keep the grinder in good shape. Both my wife and I would like to keep Paul as our service technician as he continues to help the company grow! All in all a five star experience. We had a weekend leak under the sink coming from the welded valve. Johnny was here within the half hour and did the job quick. He went above and beyond and we were grateful for the repair he completed. He was prompt, professional and did an excellent job.

We have been using Honest Air and Plumbing since 2016 for both our HVAC and plumbing needs. However, over the past few years, we have noticed a decline in the quality of their service. We discovered that a major corporation had bought them out. After a day of searching for local small businesses, we found Good Clean Plumbing to handle our three tankless water heaters, and for our HVAC needs, we found The AC Guy of ATX.

Both companies exceeded our expectations. Our service technician, John, from Good Clean Plumbing, did an excellent and thorough job. The costs were lower than what we were paying to Honest Air and Plumbing, and we are now enrolled in their maintenance program.

Similarly, we received outstanding service from Anthony, the owner of The AC Guy of ATX. Anthony is honest and does not try to upsell any unnecessary services. We are now on a maintenance program with The AC Guy of ATX, which is more affordable than the maintenance program offered by Honest Air and Plumbing, and the service quality far surpasses what we experienced with them.

Both Good Clean Plumbing and The AC Guy of ATX are local small businesses, and we are happy to support them. In return, we receive significantly better service at better prices.

We had a plumbing issue and needed a couple parts that needed to be ordered. The follow appt was quick. They worked with my schedule. Seth W arrived on time, was courteous, and worked like a ninja! Thank you for the great service!!!

I didn’t actually use them for service but I was in a pinch and needed a plumber to come out to a rental property because the water stopped working. I had a fantastic experience working with Good Clean Plumbing. I help operate management of short term rentals. One of our homes in the Lago Vista area had a report of a slow tub drain. Due to a scheduling conflict, I was unable to be at the home during the appointment. The to-the-point good things are:

- The problem was resolved and no mess left behind

Had the pleasure of working with Seth from Good Clean Plumbing this morning and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We had already known about Good Clean Plumbing from a friend, and they have always exceeded our expectations as far as being prompt, communicative, very clear and straightforward with quotes as well as very courteous and safe to be in our home. They went above and beyond to do a great job on installing our new fixtures and appliance, and even added an extra safety feature for stability. Seth was courteous and professional. My experience was great! I called and got same day service. This is my 3rd or 4th time using GC plumbing. I will never use anyone else.
