Highly recommend Fairway Plumbing. We were referred by David Massad, and the service was exceptional. Wilma Huggins runs a great company, and her employee Tyler truly went above and beyond.

What started as one issue turned into three broken pipes causing a major leak. Tyler worked from 4 PM until 7 PM, even bringing out a large star light to finish the job after dark. He explained everything clearly to both my husband and me while literally elbow-deep in mud fixing the problem.

Professional, thorough, and honest—Fairway Plumbing is who we’ll call again.

They didn't get to my house until almost 4 p.m. Needed additional materials they had to go and purchase. Didn't get back until 5 p.m. Then they proceeded to tell me that the pressure valve at the meter was running too high and would have to be replaced at the my cost of $1,175.00. If I didn't allow them to replace it, no work would be guaranteed. Being a widow, I had no idea if this was the truth so I had no choice but to pay the additional costs. What started out as a quote of $2.650 ended up at nearly $4,000.00. They still haven't finished installing some pipe that they have to come back for but since it was almost 11 p.m. I told them they would have to come back another day.

My water heater was not functioning properly so I called Fairway. I have some past experience with water heaters so I had a pretty good idea that it was going to need to be replaced. They sent Tyler and Wyatt out to take care of my problem. They confirmed my suspicions and told me exactly what they were going to do and exactly what it was going to cost. The guys were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! They left the place exactly as they found it leaving no mess behind! Their price was $400 below my other quote as well. The company is honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work!

Reached out to Ben with pictures of a sink and faucet replacement I needed help with. He replied quickly and was at my home the very next day early in the morning, he got the job done quickly and it looks amazing! He was also reasonably priced and always asked upon him finding new things, he seems very honest and fair. He was excellent to work with. My sink looks amazing now and I am so excited! Support small honest businesses like Ben’s! I’ll def be reaching out to him in the future for my plumbing needs!

Had an RPZ crack by the outside spigot which started dumping water all over my yard. I called Whitestone Plumbing and they immediately came out to stop the leak. That same day they had a replacement part ordered and scheduled for a couple days later. I couldn't be happier with the service.

We had an outdoor pipe crack during the recent freeze and had water gushing out causing a flood in our yard. I'm so glad we called Whitestone plumbing. Having your water shut off for any period of time can be awful but thanks to them we were up and running in no time. The service was excellent and they were so friendly and professional. We were experiencing really low water pressure in our master bathroom faucets, and Whitestone came out the next business day. Within an hour, the problem was fixed without using any of the parts they thought might be needed. Very honest, reliable, and happy to answer other plumbing questions we had!

Had an emergency water heater replacement after our old one went kaput. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest and kind. He gave us great tips on proper maintenance to get the most out of our new water heater and was happy to answer all of our questions. He made sure all questions were answered before he left. Whitestone is awesome! Our shower would not turn off we had to shut the water to our house off and needed someone to come out immediately. They came out right away, fixed the problem, and were kind and efficient! Highly recommend!
