We had Chris and Joe out from ARK Plumbing to fix a leak. We definitely made the right choice. They are highly skilled at their work, and also very thorough. They had us sorted out in no time. They’re all around good people, too. If you’re looking around, wondering who to call for your plumbing issue, do yourself a favor and call ARK. You’ll be hard pressed to find better help.

Excellent service. I needed a water purifier installed in my kitchen. It was done in a jiffy and the young man showed me how to change the filters as well.

Came to determine a random sewage smell, went under in the crawl space within 3 minutes came out saying need to rip every drain line out cost you over $12,000.00 their reason showed me one photo said muddy and wet the partial cast iron is leaking the photo did looked a wet muddy image at all then I replied to him two years ago other plumbing contractor who installed the new water line and new pvc drain lines they said the cast iron was good. Then they say oh they did terrible job and all had to go.I suggested may be do a smoke test they quickly said oh no don’t waste the money on that.
I said how sure are you that it was a leak oh yeah you can go with me under the house and see , well I should have called his bluffs but I did not have appropriate clothing to go under the house to see.
Next day we had another contractor comes did their inspection and said all is good and tell the tenants to keep the pea traps watering so the water don’t evaporator during these hot weather where the AC run more often. I couldn’t believe it and this time I came prepared and crawled under the house bone dry no leaks. Clearly someone was honest.
Stay away. What a shame.

We were very very happy with Scott’s thorough service today. It’s a tough weekend when your water heater’s copper hose has a leak and it’s 40F or below outside and you can’t use any hot water at home. But one call to Ark Plumbing was all that was needed to solve the problem. Service was prompt and pricing very fair; Scott came in shortly after calling and he was very communicative, informative and efficient ☺️ We’re happy to have found them and will call them with any other needs in the future!

Scott and Joe knew exactly what to do to re-plumb my sump pump under the kitchen sink. It is an unusual situation but necessary. Now we can simply remove and clean the sump pump or replace it. They installed junctions and connections that should have been installed the first time. They were efficient, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Ark plumbing!

Just had Jason come out and he cleared out kitchen drain in under 15 minutes!! These guys are the real deal and had great communication up to the sameday appointment! Thanks guys!

I had need of professional plumbing service - tying a hot water line (from a removed hot water heater) to the working hot water heater [home is a duplex that has been remodeled to single family]. ARK sent a tech the day I call. He, Joseph, showed up on time. Specked out the job & quoted me a fair price.
