This is "incredible". You call them on Friday at noon to schedule a repair and hear this: "Why are you calling us? We have 5 hours to call you. It will be Monday when we call you. If you want to choose a different contractor, that's fine with us". This is a hell of business ethics, everyone. Stay away.

I spoke with John Boone and was told they charge $125.00 an hour. My husband scheduled them to come out and change 4 bathroom faucets. The guy who put it in told me it didnt have a ring on the inside of one and go to Lowes and they would get me a new one. He said I could just screw it on. So when the guy was almost done we were told the cost was $1100 for 3 hours of service. Seriously that's ridiculous. I told the person who referred me and she was very upset. It should never be that much. So John discounted it to $1000 (which is still ridiculous for 3 hours) $125 ×3 = 375 (plus some parts that I didn't ask them to install). I went to Lowes got the piece and it would not screw on. So my husband reached out to John Boone to come fix it since we were paying him the $1000. He said they wouldn't come out and we shouldn't have bought a cheap faucet.
I would not recommend him at all. Ridiculously expensive and poor service.

I highly recommend them for any job big or small. They are honest, punctual, and down to earth. Just really good guys. I love supporting our local businesses and glad I chose Boone plumbing.

I realized my request for a temporary water softener installation would be expensive, but John quoted me fairly and fast. I'm hoping to either purchase a house with a softener or rent one with it already overwhelmed, but Boone Plumbing will be the first company I call for my plumbing needs!

Requested a service call to fix water heater. The plumber told me he fixed the water heater but it went off again 10 minutes later. I called the plumber (who supposedly has a 30-day service warranty) and he told me water heater needed to be replaced so he was going to submit a report to my home warranty to get it replaced. Plumber instead submitted a report that there are no mechanical issues with my heater and thus considers the issue closed. So plumber 1) did not fix my water heater, 2) did not submit report to home warranty to have heater replaced as he said he would. So my time and money have been wasted and I still don't have hot water in the coldest time of the year. I understand your frustration in dealing with home warranties but if you can't help, then please don't take the service call and waste my time.

Despite extremely long work hours due to many broken pipes from the recent freezing temps, they were still able show up the next day, on time and personable. Having asked me for pictures the day before, they arrived with the right part and replaced the broken valve in less than 30 minutes. A job well done.

David and his apprentice were both very friendly and knowledgeable - they fixed my main water leak within an hour with a very affordable price point. I highly recommend Boone Plumbing Services. -Harper

John Boone came by today to replace a garbage disposal for me! Quick, efficient and very friendly! He was in and out within 30 minutes! Definitely on my list of contractors to use in the future!
