John Boone assisted me with swapping out a T&P valve on my water heater today. He was easy to get scheduled, on time, professional, and fixed my leak. I'd highly suggest his services.

Recently a hot water pipe broke. The guys came out and quickly discovered the problem even though it required working in mud under the house. I had the " on demand "heater replaced with a standard water tank. The guys took careful measurements before they cut a hole for outside installation. It was raining and muddy but they even set up a tent to get the job completed so our 89 year old mother in law could have hot water. Good job would recommend again.

This company is amazing. Don't waste your time calling around like I did. They were the most reasonably priced. Mr. Boone and Travis showed up on time. Called when they were on their way. They left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will absolutely use them in the future.

These guys were great. Fast to respond, kept me in the loop on arrival times, very professional. Fixed my leaking shower in about 30 minutes. A competitor quoted me nearly 4 times what Mr. Boone's team charged me. I would recommend these guys all day.

It was great. I'm not normally one to write a review but John and Dave came out to help me out because I noticed some water staining. They found the source of the leak. In addition, they noticed they a had a loose screw in my front door and the plumbing guts of my toilet were old so they fixed that out as well! Very nice down to earth guys who explained what they were doing so that I felt comfortable the entire time. Definitely recommend their service.

Awesome work! John Boone showed up at my house right on time and replaced my dispose-all in less than 30 minutes. They even took the old, broken one for me. Friendly people too! The guys seemed more than happy put up with my curious dog trying to see what was going on. They even worked seamlessly with my home warranty company for the replacement. Thanks a lot and I’ll be sure to call them anytime I need plumbing help.

Great customer service. My pilot light was out, and he resolved it as a courtesy. Known him for years, and highly recommend, as he did an amazing job when he installed my water heater. Best part, it's independently owned, so if you have any issues you can go to the boss man directly!

On Monday Nov 11th Boone Plumbing, via home warranty, came out for a possible leak just outside my foundation. David arrived and quickly assessed the problem to be outside the home at a joint where they connect the PVC to the copper that goes into the slab. David set up an appointment for Thurs to come back and he said the job would be $450.00 barring any major problems. Since it was outside the foundation the home warranty probably would not cover it, sure enough the claim was denied. On Thursday David called and said they would not be coming but would be here on Friday. Since I had the day off on Thursday I rolled back a good section of grass trying to preserve it and dug a pilot hole in the area David said the main would be, since he does not use high tech gadgets those are for rookies.

Unfortunately I could not be here on Friday since I had to work. My wife was present the day they came. David and his apprentice got here around 1100hrs, an hour after they called my wife and said they would be right over. They spent approximately 1 hr digging and they located the water pipe and the connection joint. In the process David hacked up both bushes in front of the house, he did say we may lose a bush before he began. Instead he hacked up both bushes cutting them in half. He told my wife he would remove them. After finding the joint, David and his apprentice left for lunch. 2hrs later they returned spent approximately 20 min to fix the problem and then clean up, and I say that sarcastically when you see the pictures you will understand. He destroyed the sod that was rolled back so it could not be used. I left him a trailer to use if he wanted to put the dirt, mud, that they were digging in so as not to destroy the yard more than necessary. He did not use the trailer instead trashed the yard.

Upon completion David charged my wife $612.00 for the job. David told her he was only charging her 1 hour of labor.

I happen to pull up to the house before they left. My wife advised me what they charged her and I went to speak with David.

David’s response to the new charge when I said you told me $450.00 was I don’t pull out a shovel for less than $450.00 and I only charged 1 hr of labor. He then showed me his plumbing license and said this and my 22 years lets me charge this kind of price. It is that attitude and the condition of my yard is why I am writing this review.

I caution anyone who considers using Boone plumbing to AVOID him at all cost before you get taken and left with his mess to clean up.

We just had a brand new tankless water heater installed by Mr. Tankless to replace two conventional 50 gallon tanks. The unit is great and installation was very smooth. The price is very reasonable and competive even with recirculation inluded (control and schedule via phone app). We had much higher quotes with much less capable units from other places. Now we actually can get hot water in a few seconds. I highly recommend Mr tankless!

We've used Bob and his team for two recent services and both have been great experiences. He helped us install a new gas fireplace mechanism along with re-piping the gas line for the fireplace. He also did a great job servicing our existing tankless water heater. We will definitely use Bob again in the future.

Mr. Tankless installed two Rinnai 199iN units to replace two aging 50 gallon water heaters in our home. There was an issue with one of the units a week later and he came right away to swap out the problem unit without any fuss. His team did quick and clean work and made sure everything was to our satisfaction throughout the process. He even came back to replace a thermal bypass valve after another plumber accidentally removed the recirculation valve during a remodel. Highly recommend Mr. Tankless as he is very responsive and responsible and focused on customer satisfaction.

We had a tankless water heater installed. Two tanked water heaters were removed and install of tankless was smooth. Bob was very responsive to my many questions. Our experience was great.

Offered me a solution that replaced 2 water heaters with a single tankless with recirculation for a reasonable price.
