We called Ark plumbing early on a Saturday morning and they were out within half an hour. Before 8am. The speed at which they responded and fixed the issue with my kitchen sink was extremely impressive. Not only that but he is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my complex questions. To come out on a Saturday morning, this is a great service.

Amazing service! I was blown away when I was told my plumbing problem could be solved on a Sunday. Very professional, clean, fast and effective, definitely a number to keep handy for emergencies. For all these reasons, I’m upgrading my sink, faucet and disposal with ARK :)

Jason Heck has been taking care of all my plumbing repairs, from pipe leaks to a full sewer pipe replacement. Each time, he explained in detail the repairs needed and showed me before and after pictures. I trust Mr. Heck. He has been respectful, courteous, friendly, honest! THANK YOU ARK PLUMBING!

The most amazing plumbing service. They are kind, polite, informative. I was offered options and when I asked for advice, advised. They stayed until the job was finished and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My home was cleaner than when they arrived. I had multiple toilets and sink faucets replaced all in one day!

Great communication, very honest and upfront. Not a big chain corporation but a family business which we would much rather support! Jason took the time to thoroughly explain everything when he came out to look at our old water heater. Scheduling was a breeze! The installation was quick, the technicians were prompt and left no mess. They also took the time to explain how to light our pilot and where our shut off valve is. I love that we have a 2 year warranty with ARK and a 6 year warranty through the water heater. Will definitely be using ARK for our plumbing needs from here on out! Cannot recommend them enough!

During a recent freeze, we had a pipe burst and water was spraying everywhere. While the City of Cedar Park was quick to shut off the main, Ark Plumbing was the true lifesaver. After reaching out to three other plumbers who never called back, Ark showed up around 6:00 PM. They replaced the hose bib and restored our water in about 10 minutes! They saved us from being without water for days and did it for a very fair price. I can’t recommend them enough.

It’s so nice to not speak to a machine and go through prompts and hold for extended periods of time; Jenny is courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
