My 40 gallon water heater broke Wednesday night and I contacted Mr Tankless (Bob) AFTER his business hours. He responded within 1 hour to my mail and came by the next morning at 7 am on time to look at it.

He explained all options, was very friendly and helpful. Offered to install a customer brought water heater and he would offer a heater for purchase as well. Friday morning his colleagues showed up on time, answered all questions and did a professional job.

Due to the pressure I was under I did not compare too much on the price but I found after some research that the price was very reasonable (for the unit and the installation).

Overall first visit to installation was about 24 hours and I have water in my house again! Thanks to Bob and his team!

This is exactly the kind of company I like to work with. Highly specialized, locally owned and managed, with a plumber who runs the business. Mr. Tankless was able to offer a reasonable quote to replace my monster of a water heater.

I had quite a few plumbing companies come out to give quotes, and was surprised how many of the big plumbing names didn't know what they were suggesting...re-running gas lines, demoing drywall to find the right pipe it was crazy. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Mr. Tankless, they were very professional, knew where to install based on the age and style of the house, and had the most reasonable price (less than half of what Radiant Plumbing had quoted). They installed a week later, and I am loving the extra space i have in my garage. Thanks Guys!

We were in need of a new water heater, and after several other estimates and recommendations we decided to go with Bob and Mr. Tankless. He provided an excellent price, and helped us choose the best Rinnai product for our needs. He was on-time, and he and his crew were in and out in a little over 2 hours. He was very pleasant to deal with. Definitely would recommend.

Mr. Tankless is awesome! His co-worker found the problem immediately. We had had a power outage and our tankless heater had reverted back to the factory setting and only needed to be reset. For several weeks, we had been wasting water in our struggle to get hot water during the middle of the day. After the heater was re-set, we had hot water almost instantaneously. We are so happy we found Mr. Tankless! He was professional, very kind and extremely helpful. Bob was prompt, professional, courteous and thorough for both our estimate appointment and our installation appointment which was just a few days later. This is the best experience I've had with a plumber in years. Three different plumbers looked at our tankless water heater and without even removing the cover suggested we change the unit. Mr Tankless diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it for a fair fee. They are fast, courteous and really know tankless water heaters. We had trouble with our Rinnai tankless propane water heater. When we contacted the manufacturer, they gave us the number for Mr. Tankless. Bob was immediately helpful over the phone and was able to work us into his schedule the next morning! He had to drive 50 minutes to get to our house. With 17 years experience in working with these tankless water heaters, he knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in no time! Bob and his team were excellent in efficiently installing our garage hot water heater. His team was prepared for things like moving the plumbing up to accommodate a larger size heater and also with assisting in replacing some rotted wood/framing work. I highly recommend for any water heater related work!

Within a few minutes he analyzed the problem, gave us a solution and price. The repair was done a few days later and we couldn't be happier. Bob at Mr. Tankless recently installed two tankless water heaters in my home. He responded to my initial call quickly and came to my home later that day to assess the job and quote. He and his team were back 4 days later performing the installation. They did an outstanding job, cleaned up after the job and took great care removing the old water heaters from attic spaces without damaging walls, carpet or floors. He gave me a operational overview and I will have him return in a year to flush the heaters and provide me the instruction and equipment to do so myself in the the future. This is my second home i have installed tankless heaters. I highly recommend them for life span and to get 50-100 gallons of water out of your attic! Thanks for the professionalism Bob!

I'm late writing this, but here it goes anyway. Last fall, Bob from Mr. Tankless installed my tankless water heater as we were renovating our new house. Not only did he have a great price, he showed up on time, and did excellent work. We didn't move into the house until 4-6 weeks later and because the house didn't have sinks at the time of install, they were unable to fully complete the job. Bob said to give him a call when it was ready and he'd come out and finish by installing the recirculation valve. When the house was finally finished, I called Bob and he came out a few days later like he said he would, and quickly installed the valve and checked everything over. I'm giving Mr. Tankless 5 stars for the customer service, the price, and the equipment. I'm in love with my new tankless water heater. I was able to set up a schedule so the water is always hot in the morning before showers and at night before bed. No more waiting for the water to heat up. The best part, it never gets cold! Thanks Bob and everyone from Mr. Tankless!

A gracious thank you to Bob for the support in troubleshooting my Navien tankless. I was able to replace the part that we identified was an issue. Mr. Tankless did an amazing job with installing a new tankless water heater in my attic. Very professional and at a reasonable price. They even took the time to teach me about the unit and how to properly maintain it. It’s hard to believe the job was completed in just a few hours and in just two days after calling!

Bob and his crew were great. We had a 12-year-old water heater in our attic that was starting to fail and I knew it was a ticking time bomb. I called Mr. Tankless and Bob was at my house within an hour. His estimate was significantly less than two other estimates I had received. Bob's crew came out two days later and installed our new tankless water heater in about 2.5 hours. Bob's crew know what they are doing and do good work. They did a great job and didn't leave any mess. Highly recommended!

Now I understand why all the great reviews online. Bob came and replaced two old tank water heaters with a single tankless unit. He took the time to explain everything in detail (I typically ask a lot of questions), and proceeded to do the installation within or under the estimated duration. Everything was high quality and the site was all clean when finished. Bob is also very good with follow up inquiries post installation, with response times as quick as at the beginning.

It is refreshing to meet such a professional company in the plumbing industry. Recommended A++
