Dave arrived a little early (which was great). He explained the pricing well (more expensive than we expected, but he and his partner efficiently worked on one part of the project while my husband dashed off for a replacement faucet). A few hours later, after fighting with some old parts that didn't go down easy, we were presented with a shiny new faucet and lovely running water. We are very pleased!

Ryan was very nice to work with and did a good job. I do wish your company would apply the initial fee, or part of it to the bill. It cost over $250 to replace the flapper and that seems a bit excessive. Other than that, I was very pleased with the work and prompt service.

Brandon, did and outstanding job on my plumbing project. I unfortunately, had to replace all of the piping in my old home due to its deterioration and age. Brandon was extremely professional, explained to me the entire process, and answered all of my questions in detail. He even saved the old parts to show me how corroded they were. Throughout the project, I had some special requests and Brandon was able to accommodate me on these. I am very happy with the quality of the work which was provided. If your looking for an honest straight shooter who's going to provide a quality project then Brandon is your guy! I am happy to utilize his services again!

Mike was excellent. Not only was he unexpectedly prompt (he arrived about 30 minutes after we called), he was extremely polite and quickly evaluated our problem with a slow running kitchen faucet and fixed that quickly. He also spent the time to go on the manufacturer’s website to see if a replacement part is available and to advise us on alternatives to other problems we were having with the faucet. We were thoroughly satisfied with his professionalism and courtesy.

I had a water leak in my garbage disposal and within an hour of Donovan Boston arriving, the new disposal was in place and he was on his way. Great, prompt service. Best thing was Donovan has been my service professional for several years and I have always received outstanding service. Great company and employees.

The Team at BF Plumbing jumped into action and resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. No extra charges just excellent service. The manager even called me to give me confidence in choosing the unit. As a woman I appreciated being treated with respect and being provided detailed info of issue and my options.

I needed a new electric water heater installed - called and they scheduled a technician to come out right away! Michael M was awesome and explained everything he needed to do, options and pricing. Very happy with service, reasonable pricing and would call again for sure if any plumbing service is needed!

Michael did an outstanding job! Our water heater needed replacement. He took some extra measurements and saved us $1000 by determining that "tall" unit could fit in the space where we had a short unit. The next day he arrived on time and got the new Rheem installed. He and his assistant were both courteous and professional.
I strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any issue. They do quality work at a fair price. They helped me out once before when I tried to replace a toilet and discovered the mounting bolts were rusted.

Michael was professional, courteous, and detailed out what needed to be done. He gave us options of choosing just to do a smaller repair or to replace the entire water heater. He explained the cost before we went forward, and it was a very good experience. I would recommend Michael’s work highly. Upon completing the job he left the site in perfect condition, and he was probably one of the best plumbers we’ve ever had.

The team is very professional and gave me two estimates regarding the repair snd replacement of a faucet for a very old tub.

I have now used the services of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Austin twice now and both times they were very professional. On this visit, Austin experienced an extreme deep freeze winter storm that caused my 90 year old mother's well head to freeze and caused severe broken pipes and pictured. Andy Garcia was the technicial this trip out who stayed in touch over the two day repair. His professionalism and high skill level at what he does made everything so smooth that I will not call any other plumbing service for our future needs.

I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing several times. I will say that their main positive is that they can get you a same day appointment or very close. Previously, they fixed a burst pipe on the same day, which I was appreciative of. He also came back to adjust it bc it was leaking and I was not charged a service fee. Awesome.
For my recent visit, they came on a Monday to look at my water heater. The plumber deemed it to be electrical and he was able to fix it. I was charged a diag fee and service fee. It stopped working 3 days later so I called to have him come back. I called the office to ensure I would not be charged and they confirmed I would not. Cool. He came back and used his multimeter to check the electric. He said the issue was from the breaker and I needed an electrician. No new work was done. He said he had to charge me the service fee, which I argued. He said the boss said he had to. I paid it. I proceeded to call the main office, but I went to voicemail. I left a message for the woman who I spoke to earlier saying that I was charged the fee despite them doing no new work. I said I wanted a call back. No one has called me back. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Donovan was professional, friendly and helpful. He fixed our neighbors water leak at the street. And then noticed our water line was crushed & bent. He went back to shop and got more parts and returned to fix our problem. He was kind and let us ask lots of questions. Thank you for having a nice young man, hard worker with your company. Ben Franklin Plumbing is awesome. I called them at 645am and left a message on voicemail; received a call back from Christine like maybe 10 minutes later. Got scheduled for an 8:30am appointment and everything went smoothly. Dave and his coworker came and looked at the issue, gave me a quote for the work (on the spot) and completed it within a reasonable time. We are a non-profit charitable organization that is run by all volunteers. We had an issue in our concession stand. Ben Franklin was understanding of our budget and helped with a little discount. I highly recommend!

Super excited for these new owners to start this business. We need a reliable plumbing business and they will definitely deliver.

Great technician who provided good input at to what he was seeing and doing. Kept me well informed as the repair progressed. Company is quite busy, so took a while to get here and price was maybe a bit on the high side.

Reality-been with this company for years. Always satisfied with the service and results. Got sort of pricy on occasion. This time was something very special. Last visit, different representative told me my faucet was substandard, could not be repaired and needed a new one. Without going into great detail, finally referred to a wholesale place. They were wonderful, purchased the new faucet, took a while to get here. No big deal. Called Ben Franklin to schedule the install and left to next town to get faucet. Before I even got back home they had a representative ready to do the install the same day. Rarely heard of, right? Enter Mr. Michael Matheny, Awesome young man. He said he could do a diagnostic on the faucet, which he said was not substandard and in fact had a limited life time warranty. Good news. He found the problem. (I have since contacted the faucet folks and they are sending the replacement part-free of charge.) I had waited so long at this point I ask that Mr. Matheny just install the new faucet and I will give the other one with the new part to Habitat for Humanity. We need more Mr. Matheny's in this world. Times are hard for most folks and his honesty and true desire to help me save money and still preform a quality service are more than impressive. It is the Matheny's (few and far between) that make a company stand out -the Matheny's are the ones that keep people coming back. My decision is made. I will stay with Ben Franklin, but I will specifically request Mr. Matheny, always. I suggest others do the same. Blessings to All!

Way overpriced and clueless. Called for an emergency leak in my backyard. Quoted me an insane amount to just temporarily fix it. (Another plumber fixed it for less than half, for good). They then could not even find the main for the sprinkler to shut it down. Money down the drain. Avoid at all cost.

I had the Benjamin Franklin Austin team out to replace a garbage disposal. Appt setup was a breeze, tech was on time and knocked it out right away. New disposal is a million times better? Thanks to Fred and the Ben Franklin team!
