Submitted the form via the website for an estimate. David called. Said he could come out the following day. I texted him asking what time. Ghosted me. 2 days later, I texted him again, politely asking if we could meet for a hardscape estimate. He replied asking if we could meet later the same day. I replied "yes". Ghosted me again. No further answers to texts. Why is this guy so insistent that prospective customers rip him online?

Do NOT hire this company! Extremely unreliable, non responsive, and unprofessional. They tore up my backyard to start a renovation and then after months of waiting, unreturned phone calls, and broken promises they cancelled completing my project. Left me hanging at the beginning of summer when all other contractors were booked. I finished it myself. If you like working with a company that does not communicate, lies to you, and can’t finish what they start then these guys are a good fit. The one star rating is too generous.
