We had some outdoor upgrades that needed to be done to the front of our house and the pristine group sure did a pristine job! They also added upward lighting that is hard wired and will probably last at least 20 years (heavy duty light). Very pleased with plant upgrades and mulching choice. They utilize this awesome app that takes a picture of your front lawn and helps you pick what you like best versus just guessing. Definitely made or decision making super easy.

Hired Pristine for our landscaping job after we finished our pool build (sod, flowerbeds, rock) They did a great job on our project and I would recommend using them. Trevor led the crew working on our yard and made sure it was completed correctly and in a pretty timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience with Pristine Landscaping!! Josh was prompt and responsive with the entire project. His well spoken crew is professional and very easy to work with on all the details. This included explaining the stain procedure they used on the stamped concrete. The crew took out the old sidewalk and removed all the concrete for us. This stamped stained concrete look is so pretty!! I would highly recommend Pristine Landscaping for any stone or concrete work. Looking forward to the spring when all of the new landscaping can be installed. Thank you to Josh and amazing crew!!

The service of Pristine Landscape and Lighting was Superb! The response to my request for a bid was practically immediate. The owner himself showed up within 48 hours to bid the project. The owner was professional and inspected the job site. The bid was fair and was accepted. The office called to schedule, and was able to begin the following week. The workers arrived early, did professional work, and to my amazement, completed the job in one day - including cleaning up the job site very nicely. To say that my wife and I are pleased would be an understatement. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for Quality workmanship at a fair price.

Brent with Pristine Landscaping & Lighting and his crew did a great job painting my house and fence, installing a pergola, patio, concrete, plants, and just generally transforming my house into what it is today. He has went above and beyond to make sure my satisfaction has been met, even after the project was completed.

Pristine Landscaping & Lighting installed French drains and flower beds in our front yard, along the entire side of our hose, and drainage rocks in our backyard to fix runoff problems we’ve been having on our property. Our experience may differ from yours and I am only sharing all this detail as I do believe reviews are most helpful when they say more than just “great customer service” or “easy to do business with”. The finished project looks great – the team that came out and did the work was very respectful of our property and, Brent, their crew leader even went and bought a replacement shrub and planted it himself after one of our original ones was damaged during the project. These things happen sometimes and the way that Brent took responsibility for the fix was very nice to see. When we were quoted the project, we were also advised that they were about 2 – 3 weeks out from starting our project. This was on a Monday (2/12/2024) and we were not in a rush to get the work done so we agreed, paid our deposit (on 2/13) and were pleasantly surprised when we received a call on Wednesday of that same week (2/14) saying that they could start on Friday (2/16) of that same week. They didn’t come over to start the job until Monday, 2/19 as they were delayed unexpectedly at another job. This is not problematic, because again, from our perspective we’re still 2 – 3 weeks ahead of schedule, but more proactive communication about the status of the work and when the team would be on our property would have been ideal. Once they started working, the estimate for the job to be completed was 4 – 5 days. From the day they started the work to the day we did our actual final walkthrough, was 10 business days, again, likely because the team is working at multiple job sites and have parts of the project that can be done at different times. This is purely my guess because I don’t pretend to understand the ins and out of landscaping projects and is why we hire professional companies like Pristine Landscaping & Lighting in the first place. There were 2 days where no one came by at all and I know this because I worked from home on those days expecting the team to be on site. Again, and I can’t stress this enough, we were not in a hurry, so this was not a problem for us. I’m only sharing this for others to consider as they make their plans - the finished product looks great, we are happy with the work that was done, the team doing the actual work was very friendly and respectful (even when they accidently cut our internet line and we were without Wi-Fi for 1.5 days – again, these things happen). Overall, what I learned from this project was always ensure that your utility lines are marked before the team begins the project and consider that the project duration estimate is truly an estimate; if you’re in a hurry then you need to communicate that up front to the company and you need to communicate throughout the project if you have concerns. Every time I sent a text to ask a question or check on progress, I received a quick response, but I did have to initiate progress checks. I am giving Pristine Landscaping & Lighting a 4.5-star review because there is always room to improve and, in my case, managing the client’s expectations is where they have an opportunity to set themselves apart from their competition. As Google reviews doesn’t do half-stars and I do know that 4.5 rounds up to 5, I’m selecting 5 stars but if you read this review, then you’re probably like me and appreciate nuance and detail. Thank you, Pristine – thank you Brent, and thanks to their crew of talented and hard-working employees.

Spoke with Josh many times with all my ideas and thoughts, he helped build out a plan and gave me the most beneficial route to insure my ideas were met but also kept things within my budget and talked me through the process of everything that went on. He was fast to reply back and kept me up to date on things that were happening too. Weather was rough at times and made it hard to work, but he made sure every hour was used wisely and his workers were top notch! Highly recommend him and his team and if you have anything he can’t do he will send you to the right people to take care of the job!! World class and top rated!!

Josh did a fantastic job on our landscape project. We had to take out much of the overgrown and storm-damaged plants and repair the stonework flowerbed. It was a big job and Josh worked with us on design, planning and extra components we added in to final design. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the workers that completed everything. Our yard looks amazing and we will work with Josh on additional projects later in the fall.

Josh Koehn and his crew provided us with spring maintenance and flower beds refresh in anticipation of putting our home up for sale. We are very satisfied with their work and the quality of materials that were used. In spite of how expensive everything is we felt his pricing is fair and we were informed up front of certain materials like stone that are running higher than previous years. Josh communicates well and has a large list of referrals. We were able to find someone who does fence repair. Thank you Josh and your whole crew. Everyone was kind and respectful!

Stay away from this company!! I had bi-weekly service with these people and haven't seen them on our property for about 2 months. They told my wife and I that they came out to trim trees and weed eat during the past few months and we didn't see any activity on our cameras. We thought they went out of business because we stopped getting charged for their service every two weeks. You can have cameras around your house and not see them and they will argue with you as if you are making up lies instead of having good business practice. They billed us in one lump sum for these "services that they claimed to have done" instead of the normal charge every two weeks when they normally do service.
