RJ from CTX recently diagnosed and corrected a plumbing challenge for us. He was a true professional. We also had communication with the corporate office and also found them to be efficient and professional.

On May 3 we had to get a plumber out for a clogged toilet. We called CTX and they sent Darrell out within the hour. Darrell showed up when I was told he would and went right to work. He had to snake the toilet and explained that the mechanism inside the tank should be replaced so that more water flowed into to the bowl. Today, unfortunately, I had to call them back for the same issue. Darrell returned within the hour and once again did his job with professionalism. This time he did a little more investigation and determined that the lines were clear. We were not charged for this second visit. We will definitely will be using CTX for any plumbing issues in the future and highly recommend asking for Darrell to be your technician.

I used CTX when I discovered a broken pipe in an exterior faucet and when the tub in my primary bathroom would not produce hot water. They were able to make the first visit about 2 days after my call and quickly fixed the exterior faucet issue. Fixing the bathtub plumbing issue was more involved because the bathtub did not have an access panel- UGH. However, they carefully drilled out around tile without breaking the tile in order to reach the pipes, diagnosed the issue, and returned the following week with the correct part for a fast repair. I appreciated the scheduling reminder emails and text communication on appointment days alerting me that the technician was on on the way. They were very always on time and very professional. I recommend CTX Plumbing and would use them again if the need arises.

The plumber I’ve used for years was not available when I had a minor flood the other day. I am so grateful to my friend who recommended CTX plumbing and electrical. They responded quickly to my call, fixed the problem, and cleaned up after they finished. Their charges were very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them for plumbing needs in the future.

YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE......Great ownership, Great Service and most importantly they communicate very well. The owner is very involved and has high integrity. If you have a problem, you can call him and he will make it right or discuss options. Look no more, you will not be disappointed. Our water heater went out on a Thursday night, emergency call and a new one was installed at a great price the very next day. Did not try to overprice the job and communicated our options which aligned appropriately with other companies pricing. So you will not be overcharged.

This is the third time I have used CTX for plumbing issues. They are wonderful to work with. I received quality work for a reasonable price. They were very responsive to my needs and in my opinion went above the norm to accommodate me and my needs. A big thank you to the CTX team that I worked with, Beth, Austin, and especially Ryan. We had a water leak and needed repair so we could turn the water back on in the kitchen. I telephoned CTX and they were able to send us a plumber in less than an hour. Wes Pierpont, and his helper, came to our home and found the leak right away. He was able to fix it right away and get us back up to speed. Excellent service and professionalism. Was very knowledgable and very friendly. I highly recommend CTX and would not use anyone else. Thank you CTX! You guys are awesome!!

CTX was very responsive in returning my Call to set up Service whereas I had issues with our Companies getting back to me timely. Ryan and his partner showed up in the window I was given prior to the Appointment and were able to complete my Repairs timely and in a professional manner. Highly recommend for anyone needing Plumbing services completed.

I like these guys but they are over priced for the value. I can do the work but don't want to so I tried them. Communications from the estimator to the onsite plumber is lacking. They are good at getting it done. But I will no longer use them for 'custom' work. For instance, they added valves to hot and cold water under my custom sink (basically you can see the valves under the sink) but the pipes exit the walls at different levels and are crooked (I tried to make clear multiple times what i wanted). They said they'd fix it but it would prolly make it worse....

We had a few breakers that were tripping and I called CTX. They had us on the schedule the next day and Donnie Martin, our technician, had the problem diagnosed and solved same day. Happy to know we have such a great company local to us. Wonderful service!

We have been using CTX for several years. We have used them on many electrical and plumbing projects, big and small. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable, kind and their pricing is fair. The work quality is top notch and I recommend them to everyone. The quality of service comes from the top down. On one occasion the owner Austin personally came to our place on the weekend (outside of their published business hours) to help us with an urgent water issue. It turned out the issue wasn’t even plumbing related, it was HVAC and he was still so helpful in getting us a resolution. I could go on and on and have more than one example of times they have gone above and beyond for us and others in the community. This kind of service is hard to find. Worth every penny. So thankful that companies like this still exist. Thank you CTX !

Used CTX plumbing for the first time and have them now listed as MY PLUMBER. I was so impressed with this company from the get-go, starting with the office personnel. The workers sent to fix my problem were equally as nice, very informed, & very capable men who took care of my plumbing issue at a reasonable cost. The bonus was the workers did not leave a mess. We had some light switch wires loosen which ended up frying the wiring and box. Scheduling was fast and easy with someone coming out the next business day. Donnie arrived on time, explained what happened to me, and addressed all of my concerns. Repair was quick and the results look great! We will be using them for all our electrician needs going forward.

We have used CTX for a few years now. They’re so amazing!! We had a water pressure issue so we called, and they were able to get us in right away! Wes came and gave us the estimate, and a few days later it was fixed! Wes was awesome! Such a good guy! His work was perfect and he was so sweet and professional! We will be requesting him in the future! I highly recommend CTX for any of your plumbing or electrical needs!

When the temperatures bottomed out at (-2) in Celina, one of our hot water heaters in the attic decided to spring a leak! Of course we woke with a drip, drip, drip in our master bedroom going into the closet. I called CTX early and left a brief message. Before long, Cole called me back and scheduled an emergency visit to stop the water flow, so they could answer more emergency calls for people in my same situation. He isolated the problem to keep from creating more damage, then scheduled a return trip with a new hot water heater. Cole & Jesus showed up today (Sunday) and installed the new hot water heater. I've seen a few nasty reviews because CTX wasn't able to return phone calls. I'd say, put yourself in their shoes and just imagine what they have been facing with this once in a century event. This is a good company and deserves credit where credit is due. Very professional.

We called CTX Plumbing after 5pm on a Thursday. They were prompt and called just after 8am Friday morning. They sent someone within the hour. Trevor was respectful and very detailed. He explained what needed to be done best and worse case. He was here for a bit and gave updates while he was here. Cleaned up very well after. Definitely recommend CTX Plumbing and will be using them again if needed.
