I called CTX Plumbing with a electricity issue (2 rooms with no light) and they exceeded my expectations! The lady who scheduled my appointment was friendly and efficient, and Joseph the technician who did the job was knowledgeable, professional and did a fantastic job. Fair price, transparent process and top-notch service. Highly recommended.

Where to start....this company is amazing. I texted Austin (a friend of mine) for plumbing advice and before I knew it, I had a scheduled appointment for a plumber to come out 2 days later (it was not an emergency, if it had been, he would have made it same day). First Wes, gave me plenty of heads up prior to arrival (I asked him to because I have the most barky dog) and Wes was on point with letting me know and arrived right on time (even early!)

Second, he was so polite and genuine, I truly appreciated his company plus his work. He got to work immediately and broke down the plumbing issues into every day speak so I could understand it (I am not plumber or handyman, but after Wes was here, I can talk the talk, not walk the walk though).

Thirdly, super transparent. Provided me with information and insight throughout the entire process. Provided an estimate, told me what he was doing and what was needed. He was just very friendly, personable and you can tell, a true professional.

Fourthly, he diagnosed the issue; the builder of my new build back in 2021 did a terrible job (my words, not his) (I knew it because they are awful and have many other issues in my home). I saw exactly what he was referring to and knew he was right. I truly appreciate his candidness and his ability to diagnose and continue to work on something until the job was done.

All in all, a tremendous experience. I thank you Austin and Wes so much for your help, your time and effort and you as people. More people in the world I wish were like you two and the world would be so much better off for it. Thank you so much, my family thanks you and I can only hope to bring you more business based off my amazing experience!

Lightning recently struck our home/area etc, causing a few electrical problems and hot water heater problems. Electricians came out first and restored power to our garage which has a deep freezer in it. The hot water heater was a plumbing issue, so they dispatched their plumbing division for the next day. They showed up on time the next day and started working with the manufacturer to get parts overnighted to our home. They got the hot water heater going again with all parts covered by warranty.

Thank you again, CTX, for taking care of our family every time! Highly recommend. Don’t waste your time looking for run of the mill plumbers and electricians. Austin and his team are top notch, friendly, and super reliable.

Darrell came to fix my clogged bathroom sink. After getting rid of the clog, he worked on it until it was flowing as it should be. Great service, great experience, fair price.

We are in the current process of building our dream home and had a lot of different bids but CTX has been nothing short of amazing. All of the staff we have met has been friendly, knowledgeable and very clean work most of all! While in the early stages of the build I had decided I wanted to get a back up generator living out in the country. My wife and I thought it would cost us a fortune and have to go hunting. We spoke to Ben about wanting one and little did we know CTX has certified Gererac employees. They gave us the deal of a lifetime Jared got us all set up. Thank you to all the rest of the staff as well for all great work. So when looking for small or large jobs, new builds to additions, this is the company to use. Thank y’all so much for taking great care of my life investment like it was your own!

Absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a technician in my life. Donnie was absolutely amazing professional friendly went above and beyond to help me out and fix my problem. I would highly recommend him and CTX!

We have used CTX for various purposes and have been very pleased with their work. Jack just completed a shower leak and did a great job and very friendly.

Had a leak in the upstairs shower of my condo. Jack came out, was able to locate the problem. Had the repairs completed within an hour. Great service, great response time.

Trenton and Darell were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and did excellent work. Left our bathrooms in perfect condition. The price was VERY REASONABlE!
Will only call CTX for plumbing or electrical in the future.

Trent and his colleague arrived just as promised and, after issuing me a quote for my authorization, went right to work flushing my tankless water heater and repairing a bathtub faucet. They were professional, efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very grateful for this crew. We’ve called them multiple times to help diagnose plumbing issues, and they’ve always been prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. One time we had an emergency ceiling leak that was flooding a room, and they responded quickly and fixed the problem fast. Highly recommend!

Wes has done many jobs for us and we have been very pleased every time. He did an awesome job moving the laundry plumbing from the basement to the upstairs of my moms house. He was quick and clean and professional. I highly recommend CTX! Great company. Fair pricing. Quality work.

Stay far away. Jeremy is extremely unprofessional, never finished the job and now unresponsive.
