Air Masters is doing a lot of work for me these last 2 months. Nick came out to tell me my options on a new AC system. Cody and his team came out to install the system and took good care of my house while working going in and out with equipment all day. The job took about 8 hours and when they left you realy never new they were here other than the new AC. I think it was Manuel who set up the unit in the back and took the time to make it look so professional. Now Kyle the electrician and Randy the plumer came out for an estimate to install a tankless water heater. Their estimated cost was comparable to the last tankless WH I had installed in my old house by another company. I'll be setting this job up soon. I realy trust Airmasters for All my homes needs.

I blew the fuse on transformer while replacing thermostat. Hunter got here quickly, diagnosed it, and replaced the fuse within 10 min. In fact, he replaced it so easily the price seemed a little high, but at least I didn’t have to go in the hot attic!

Airmasters has been great. Another air conditioning company quoted me $3500 to replace a thermal expansion valve. I called Airmasters and they determined the part was still under warranty and was able to do the job for a third of the original quote. Airmasters will always be my first call. Sam was the technician that came out. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Tory was quick and professional, took time to explain everything and answer any questions. Always have a pleasant experience using Airmasters, would recommend!

Great company and good service but for a basic checkup should not cost so much, replaced one part and even though he was already here charged additional labor charge

He took extra time to insure that I understood the problem with my ac/heater offered a solution.

The workers who performed the work were very good and helpful regarding any questions that arose along the way. Unfortunately, the one question I didn't inquire further about turned out to be important. They used a trencher and they told me it would peel back the dirt/grass and then it would be folded back when completed. I should have inquired more. It now looks terrible and they all deny ever telling me that because perhaps I am 81 years old and maybe I look senile.
However, the worst part is that the salesman was always quick to find ways to charge me more money even though I had a hardcopy quote. I was told he had forgot to add the cost of the trencher and while he knocked off $200 of that cost, I still had to pay an extra $200 for his mistake (yes, there were notifications at the bottom of the invoice for just this kind of thing. Surprise, two of these occurred on the same invoice). Although my wife and I spent several hours locating all the heads and lines of the sprinkler system and marking them with flags, they still managed to cut a line with the trencher and then he wanted to charge me $140 more to repair. Oh yeah, I was not offered any discount of any amount for the mess they made of the yard. I did complain enough to get him to finally reduce the invoice by $140 but it was not offered willingly or pleasantly.
Their work was good enough and the workers hard-working enough to justify giving them another try in the future. I will just be more careful with the quote and observing the work as its done.

Excellent, quality and quick service from these guys! They found the issue quickly, transparent costs and were friendly. They also cleaned up after themselves and took the old ceiling fan. Will definitely get them in to reinstall the new one. Update- they installed the new fan and it is fabulous! The price charged for each service was very reasonable. Shannon arrive early and called to ask to go into garage, as I had left door open. I arrived home about 30 minutes, and he introduced him self to me from attic.
Replacing the motor took about 2 house. I am completely satisfied and A/C again.
I would highly recommend Airmasters to my friends.

Jacob was AMAZING! I honestly can’t thank him enough for helping us out. He actually had to come out three times to fix another company’s issue and he was so kind and helpful each time. I will continue to use this company over and over again.

Tory and all of the service techs that have assisted us the past few days have been amazing. After the constant trouble we have had with our HVAC unit (installed by a different company) since our new build, they have all been a breath of fresh air! Literally!

Once again, Airmasters to the rescue. I had a contractor install two Nest controllers only to find them not working properly. Airmasters came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. The service tech Hunter also found a potential problem in one of my heating units that could have resulted in a fire. If you need electrical, plumbing or AC help, go to these guys. I can’t recommend them enough.

Rosendo serviced our heat pump today and I can't say enough about how impressed I was. He was on time,quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything he was doing. I now have my go to AC service company. Thanks so much

The service is always wonderful and you guys have been great to us. That said I paid $125 in December. They tell me what the problem was ordered the part and came back today to install the part and had to pay another $250 and I felt like 125 of that should’ve been waived.
