Best HVAC company I have ever used , they fixed a bad air conditioner and kept it running for a year for me , installed a new 5 ton system , and did my insulation they were fair , prompt ,easy to deal with and prices were the best on all the jobs. They don’t push you to do things you do not need to and they even recommended a great electrical company for some electrical work that was excellent too

Extremely professional, very courteous we were beyond happy with the service we received. They were the third Company to come out for the same problem we’ve been having for quite some time and they were able to diagnose and fix it in no time at all.

Lucas and Tim were amazing!! Been doing business with them for a few years now. Honest company and honest people running it! Reasonable prices and great work! Highly recommend!

Texas Heat and Air did a great job fixing my AC! They were fast and efficient. Same day service in the Texas heat!

Texas Heat and Air came to my house to rescue us when another company Elite Air of Texas were dispatched here by American Home Shield 2 days in a row and could not fix the problem. The first day they showed up the technician went through everything to try and to find the problem. I asked The technician what he thought it was, He told me that when he looked at this valve on the inside of the air handler that it was stuck so he worked with it and got it to working. He believed he fixed the problem. Within 3 hours of him being gone, the same problem occurred. Water flooded on my wood floors. The outside unit froze up. I called American home shield reported it and they showed up again on the next day. At three o'clock in the afternoon. The technician said he was going to look at the blower motor and something else. It would let me know at the end. He believed it to be the original piece. He looked at the 1st day. He told me that it would be turned into his company, which in turn would send it to american home shield for approval but none of that ever happened.They gave up even though their technician told me what he believed the problem to be. They did not even bother to call me and tell me they were not doing anymore work. I found out through American Home Shield.
Texas Heat and Air showed up very professional and begin their assessment of the problem.
The problem turned out to be what the original technician from Elite Air of Texas said it was.
I would never have Elite Air of Texas come to my house again.
I will be using Texas Heat and Air from now on for all my HVAC needs.

Worst service EVER! It’s been two months without air. He will not show up for appointments and he was disrespectful to my brother and cussed me for having my brother call to ask when he was going to fix my ac. I called and reported his actions to my home warranty. I hope he has a nice life. He will not have a thriving business with his lack of service. You are fired!

Beware of this company!!! I can't stress this enough. After going 2 weeks without an air conditioner (because they kept saying they were waiting on a part that come to find out they never ordered) we found another company (Elmers ) that replaced the whole unit for a few hundred more than they were charging for the part. Then they had the nerve to mark the order complete with the home warranty company!

We are extremely pleased with the service Tim and his partner provided us during their service call. They went well above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Tim was so patient as he took the time to answer all of our questions.

I recently had Texas Heat and Air install a new Google Nest thermostat in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, their team was professional and accommodating. The technician arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the installation process to me in detail.

The installation itself was quick and efficient. The technician ensured that everything was set up correctly and even walked me through the features of the Nest thermostat, making sure I understood how to use it to its full potential. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.

Since the installation, my home has been much more comfortable, and I’ve noticed an improvement in energy efficiency. I highly recommend Texas Heat and Air for their excellent service and expertise. If you need HVAC services or are considering upgrading to a smart thermostat, this is the company to call!

We could not have asked for better service!!!!! Tim with Texas Heat and Air was so quick to respond to our service call! And he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed our air conditioner and had our house cooling off in no time! He was thorough and completed an entire inspection of our system to make sure that everything was working properly before he left. I’m going to recommend Texas Heat and Air to everyone we know!!!!

Tim is wonderful to work with! He is professional, timely, and always does a great job. He is always trustworthy, which is hard to find. We have been using his services for years and wouldn’t call anyone else!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My home warranty company sent them out to us for our AC issue and this company never contacted me on their own in the 2 weeks that I dealt with them, any conversations were because I had to call them to see what was going on. Compressor fan wasn't running but the inside unit was. 1st time the technician came out he left saying he would have to give this to his supervisor and they would could contact me. 2 days later and nobody contacting me I had to chase the them down to see what was going on. When I talked to the supervisor and tried to demand someone to come to our house because it wasn't working (105 degrees outside) he told me the technician could come that evening but it would be an emergency call and I'd have to pay him a $100 fee. WTH!I was told this on a Monday after the technician left the previous Wednesday and I was told I would hear something the next day!Technician and another person in the company told me twice that if the fan was running when they came out, there was no way to tell me why it would stop working (makes no sense). I had video to show them what was going on and they didn't care to look at it, told them what a previous company had told me what was wrong and they never looked into it. The second time the technician came out, I was told to call the next time it wasn't working and they would try to get someone out (I had already done this and they didn't but okay). 4 hours after he left, I called him because it wasn't working and he said he would call someone and I would hear back. Never heard back from anyone! 40 hours later, someone shows up to my house (unannounced) to look at my AC but I was not available. I called this person at 11:30am that day to see why he showed up and I never knew they were coming. He tells me he was in the area and was going to see if he could look at it. I said well since the fan is running I'm not sure how you can since I've been told more than once there was no way you could. He now says he is trying to do everything he can to make this situation right (2 weeks later) and he will do every tests he can with me watching me. Confusing right? How can you do that now, but the last 2 weeks you couldn't? He was going into a meeting and he said he would call me back and yep, HE NEVER DID! But yet, he was trying to do everything he could to make this right! I had my home warranty send a different company out, the fan was running when they got here, still managed to figure out what was wrong with it, and replaced 3 items and no issues since. Unbelievable! I will never use this company again or refer them to anyone. Completely unprofessional.

These guys were awesome. I would recommend them to anyone they came in. They did a super job. They told me exactly what my problem was and what and they took care of it right on the spot. I was super impressed. I had previously had two bad experiences from other places, and these guys restored my faith In humanity and service people give them five stars

Tim is super friendly and very knowledgeable! He gave plenty of notice prior to arrival and made sure I understood each step of his process to find a solution to my AC issue. He was in and out in a timely and got my AC working perfectly.

Do not use this company! 1st tech said the unit needed freon, but he couldn't figure out how add it, said he'd have to talk to his boss. ElGHT days later, after calls, voicemail, and texts from me with no responses, I called and talked to the owner, who didn't know anything about it, but then called back to say he'd "dropped the ball" but had gotten back with our home warranty company to complete the paperwork they'd sent him SIX days before. The home warranty company, based on the owner's information, denied the claim because, now, all of a sudden, the problem went from a freon problem to total replacement of the unit because it was "improperly installed". This company is incompetent, dishonest, and spiteful.

I recently had my entire heating and air conditioning system replaced by Texas Heat and Air, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. It’s clear they generally care about the customers, not just getting the job done, but doing it right.

They were prompt, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. Choosing a new HVAC system could be overwhelming, especially considering how expensive it is, but they guided me through every step and made the process easy and stress-free. Their knowledge and patience really stood out.

The installation was top-notch. A good system is only as good as the install, and they did an excellent job. I have full confidence that if I ever need anything in the future, they’ll be there to help. I truly trust them I can say they’ve earned a customer for life.

What a horrible company. I have American Home Shield and all they send is this type of company. First Juan comes out and disables my ac board when he came down I asked him what he did he said nothing you need a new board. Ahs sent another tech that discovered he didn’t reconnect it after he took it off. Then they resent Tim out for duct work only wow what a winner. Comes over and tells us he won’t let any of his people work in our attic unless we put walkways up there. We did that then he returns today and tells my husband to nail or duct tape them down, right 😂. Then he supposedly goes up and measures and comes down and claims that ahs has denied the claim. That was the first dispatch number I explained to him. He then stated I gave him a 1 star review for the last tech ( well here’s another for you Tim) my husband stated we’re not here to talk about that. Then he refused to talk to ahs then he stated that the duct damage was done by a coil put in backward then stated it could have been other things that caused it. But was going to report it was the coil. So actually it was a great possibility it was wear and tear on a 26 year old home. Which he didn’t like. He then stated they don’t do duct work because they don’t make money so why the heck was he at my house when ahs stated duct work only. It was one lie after another and he became belligerent and stood up like he was tough. My husband kicked him off our property and we have reported his behavior to ahs. I will not have any of this companies techs on my property as none of them are honest. This one was just mad because I gave the last tech a 1 star when as far as I am concerned they both earned less than 1 star.

Tim and his crew worked tirelessly to determine what was wrong with my HVAC system after the company I used to service my system for years failed us. Unfortunately, we had to replace our entire system and duct work, however, we saved thousands of dollars because Texas Heating & Air has partnered with my home warranty company.

Tim went above and beyond to provide a fair quote and superior customer service and support. He is an answered prayer. His team was respectful and knowledgeable. They did a great job. We are so relieved to have A/C again after 10 days of no air, as well as other major issues remediated with preventative measures in place and right before the summer heat is upon us. Thank you Texas Heating and Air!

Would give them 0 stars if I could BEWARE do not choose this company! Came out to diagnose our AC, charged us the diagnostic fee and said they would refund us that fee once they fixed it. It has been 3 days and we haven’t heard a THING from them. They have basically stolen our money! I’ve called more than 30 times and they will not answer, my husband went by and the door was locked during business hours. Thieves.

Guys came out to look at my HVAC unit. Spent like 5 minutes at my house, most of that was taking pictures of my horse and calling there kids to show them the horse. They said the issue was dirty coils, but didn’t fix it. Said they didn’t have what they needed to fix it. That’s the whole point on coming out was to fix the issue. Waste of time and money. DONT USE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY WANTING THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR HVAC RESOLVED.
