I have used Anderson Air for all my HVAC needs for many years. All of my experiences have been great. They show up promptly, explain what is needed and answer any and all questions. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Andersen Air had great cost rates on new house installation. When house was ready, Andersen came out immediately to rough in, then to install when air/heat was ready for install. Install crew very courteous. Easy to communicate with. Great heat/air install!

These folks are amazing. Excellent customer service, follow up, and quick response. Answered all of my questions and resolved my HVAC problem. They will install my new system within days. Wish I had become aware of them sooner.

So many problems! It took 4 different techs, and over a year to fix my brand new system that was installed incorrectly by Andersen Air. I paid more for a variable system, that would only run on low for months. They upsold me on moving the unit in the attic and adding more return vents, that in turn made my master bedroom be the opposite temp than i am wanting. My electric bill has been extremely high since install because of all of this. They also damaged my drywall and paint and was stood up twice for that repair, it still isn't fixed. I recommend finding a better company.

I've used Andersen Air for other issues unrelated to installation of my AC and the technicians were professional and displayed excellent customer service - I continue to recommend Andersen Air to anyone for their HVAC needs. Justin Jones was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He advised me of exactly what I needed and was available to answer my questions even during Father's Day! Great work! I would definitely use Anderson Air again for my home cooling and heating needs.

Andersen Air does work for my home and my office. They do a great job, are very professional and work hard to make sure my repairs or installation are done right and satisfactory. They also maintain my ac systems. I highly recommend them for all your ac and foam insulation projects.

When I called Anderson Air at 1:00 they said they could get a tech to my home from 3-5. The Tech Orion did a great job, answered all of my questions and spoke to me clearly. He was able to give clear pricing before the work was started and the price didn’t change at the end of the service.

I had Anderson Air install a new unit in my previous home and really appreciated the way the owner treated his employees when they were at our home. That’s why he got the call for work today.

Great service! Reasonable prices on a new HVAC system and blown insulation. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians. They replaced a water hose they accidentally pierced. That was very conscientious and professional. We highly recommend this company. We will be hiring them for regular maintenance also.

It’s the day before Memorial Day. I called because our a/c wasn’t blowing. In 2 hours, Michael had us up and running . I’ve Never had service this fast. I’m pretty sure we will be using Anderson Air from now on. I sure do appreciate their excellent service !!!!

Can’t get any one to call me back. My retired parents a/c is out and has been out for over 2 weeks in this Heat it was 91 in their home yesterday. Anderson air took the motor out and said they’re waiting on the part. I called carrier in Ft worth and they have the motor in stock. This is unacceptable.

I use Andersen Air for all my AC/Heat needs. They have provided service for my business, investment properties, as well as my personal home. I appreciate the fast and courteous service from the time they answer the phone to the time I make the payment at the end of the service call. My mom had a new AC and duct work done at there home. This company couldn’t even do the duct work correctly nor did they bother to balance the house after all the work to make sure each room was receiving the correct amount of air for each room. They had to keep calling them back out and then they just never bothered to call back. Would never recommend this company.

Fair pricing and the best customer service. I had a 4 ton unit replaced and a new construction 2.5ton unit installed. The owner Mark as well as his technicians are also very honest! 10/10 recommend Anderson Air Inc. for any of your HVAC needs.

I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful we are for this company! Their tech 0rion is stellar! I’m beyond grateful for their honesty, compassion, and care they have for their customers. We had another company come out earlier this week and quoted us over $3000 worth of work and told us we needed a new coil which would’ve been fine. Something fell off and we heard amazing things about Anderson Air. Decided to give them a call they came out same day fixed my air conditioner for what he said was an extremely easy fix. Said my coil was just fine. It was bone dry. I’m so beyond grateful! From the office staff to the tech - this is a true FIVE STAR COMPANY!! Thank you!

Highly recommend this company! The heat was out on my elderly mother's house on the coldest night of the year. I was informed of the heat being out the next day around 3PM which is when I called Anderson Air. They were able and willing to come out same day. I did not ask for same day, they just said they would get there same day and I appreciated that. Pretty impressive they went out that late. They were there after hours, got the temporary repair done to keep her comfortable, and had to come back the next day. Her bill was extremely low, half of what I was expecting so I feel they helped her out there as well. I will definitely be using this company for all my HVAC needs going forward. Fast and honest and fair service!

Great company. Friendly, knowledgeable technicians and very nice lady at front desk. Installed new hvac system in my home that I am quite happy with. Quieter than the old one. Keeping cool in the heat. I recommend Andersen Air. Update. The new system is proving to be excellent at keeping a constant temperature in our home. Cools quickly and does not run as often or as long as the system it replaced.

My Air Conditioner wasnt working and i saw everything wet and Filter was soaked and I was so worried. I called Andersen Air and they were able to get to my house within 2 hrs, The tech Orion got right on it and figured out the issue within mins and explained to me why it happened. From my 1st contact with Mark in the office to Tech Orion at my house I was treated with respect and kindness. There customer service is awesome and pricing was reasonable.
