Called mid morning and they had someone out within a few hours. A previous company had told us we needed a whole new unit with a 13k price tag. Mike came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue for an extremely reasonable price. He was efficient and honest. Highly recommend this company and getting a second opinion! 👏👏👏👏

I called comfort pros this morning and the serviceman called me quickly to set an appointment. He showed up on time, polite and went right to business getting my heater fixed. Excellent job, reasonable prices, I'll be vallingvthrm for our maintenance appointments fir sure. Highly recommend.

Great price for the job, out of 4 other companies quotes...not excessively marked up fees!. I have prior experience in pricing commercial HVAC systems so I was confident in the residential estimate that Mike gave me. Was willing to search for this hard-to-find pancake unit for my older home. Installer staff were quick, set up and cleaned up well. Mike explained all the details and expectations for the full inside/ outside unit replacements that I needed and inspected the completed job. A+++Recommended.

Very pleased with our experience using Comfort Pros to repair our heating unit. Our technician Mike B. really took his time to troubleshoot what the issue was and was extremely transparent with potential cost for repair. He had to order a part from the manufacturer, but followed up with me multiple times until the part was in and he was able to complete the repair. Will definitely be using them again.

Our heater quit working and we woke up to a cold house. I called Comfort Pros once they opened and they had one of their Techs out same day to repair our HVAC units. Roddy was fantastic! He went above and beyond in every aspect. He was kind and friendly, courteous and professional. He found the issues, explained what was wrong and repaired it all in a timely manner. Excellent work! Had a great service call with Stephen P. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us several estimates and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. We were very pleased with Stephen and the whole experience from booking to estimate.

I had Mike come out to check my AC to see if it could be repaired or if it needed to be replaced. After going through everything, he explained that it really needed to be replaced. What stood out to me was how honest and upfront he was about the whole situation. No pressure, no sales pitch, just straight answers and a clear explanation of what was going on and why replacement made the most sense.

He definitely knows his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. That made a big difference.

The install crew was just as good. They were friendly, respectful, and worked fast. Showed up on time, got everything installed the right way, and left the place clean.

Good gosh! Wonderful! My AC went out. Called at 445pm on a Friday. At 540pm they showed and fixed the problem! Reasonable price! Great expect showed up! Quic fix! New what was going on!
