My regular ac company couldn't make it out to repair my ac, so I called Dugger- didn't like the guy who answered the phone, but Christian came out to do repair and was great! He listened to what we KNEW was wrong with it, repaired it and it's working better than ever. Worked quickly and efficiently to get us back up and running. After being in the heat for 2 days we were happy to have our ac cooling again.

We do appreciate Dugger Brothers Service each time they come out. Dugger Brothers will treat the customers right.
Serviceman Christian has done a super service each time he has came to our home to inspect our a/c & heating unit. He will take the time to explain the issue & repair will be done to customers satisfaction

Honestly a great business!!! Quick on the phones as well as coming out to check out any issues. Work efficiently and quickly to solve your issues! Even will show you what the issue is through photos and videos and give different options if available. Had a fan go out on my AC unit and they came out super quick, had to order a part but they are very transparent in explanation. Answered all my questions. I think this company truly cares about their customers and will go above and beyond to keep them. 10/10

Comfort Pros is a great company! I literally contacted them at 3:30 pm on a Friday. Technicians were there, fixed the unit and were pulling out of driveway by 4:45. Steven and Tommy were awesome! They came in and got to work, very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient in what they do! I highly recommend Comfort Pros as well as Stephen and Tommy for any HVAC needs.

We had a fire at our home yesterday that caused damage to our exterior AC unit. Comfort pros was so quick to act and get our AC working again that I just cannot say enough good about them. Everyone from the lady I talked to on the phone to Steven the technician that did the work. God bless you both.. they deserve an award for their hard work!

Stephen was awesome, could not be happier with choosing this company. (First time) Arrived on time, and called ahead to let me know. He tore into my unit and found the problem within minutes. Stephen’s a great dude, joy to talk with and learn from!

Mike B was absolutely amazing and made sure we were taken care of quickly. We called on Sunday, however he was busy and did not believe he’d make it out at a decent time, they promised he would come first thing the next morning and promise fulfilled! Mike was my serviceman, he arrived about an hour after I called. Very knowledgeable, found the problem quickly and had the part in his truck. He was professional and respectful of my property, this man needs a raise 😆 would use again!

Absolutely love this company!!!! I called hoping they could clean out our mini split units that unfortunately accumulated with mold. They were able to get us seen the next morning! Our AC tech Jeremy was so kind and did such an amazing job cleaning our units, such a difference. He walked us through the process and went over everything that was done. I always call Comfort Pros! I use them for commercial and residential services. I recently had an encounter with Spencer and he was extremely friendly, very quick, and knowledgeable. He even worked to save me some money! The office staff is consistently friendly and they always work to get me in same day or next. This company has never let me down.
