I have used Dugger Brothers on several occasions and have always felt extremely satisfied with the competence, friendliness and professionalism they've shown. I also want to give a shout out to Phillip Whitehead, who is one of their technicians. What a tremendous asset he is to this company, and how grateful I feel that he has such winsome qualities. I could not give a more glowing recommendation than I make for this fine company. Thank you Dugger Brothers.

Rob, Kyle, Brooke and anyone else involved in sending a tech out here, thank you so much! We're at the very edge of the service area and paid a little more for them to come out to the house but it was worth every penny. Dugger Brothers is a great company, Rob the technician who serviced our AC was GREAT! He answered all my questions and explained everything about what he was doing. He was respectful and efficient. Dugger brothers is always trustworthy to give advice and help where needed. Our air conditioning went out and they jumped through hoops to make sure we got it fixed… Even gave us an upgrade to help out… love this business… they always do everything they can to help out and make it right

Dugger Brothers have been our heat and air maintenance go to for the past several years. We have a regular quarterly check up and repairs are done as needed. They are punctual and professional. We have 8 AC units in our home and they keep us up and running when we have issues.

I have been using Dugger Brother for years. They are consistently helpful, professional, and caring. I don't hesitate to call them when in need and no longer look for 'better deals' because I am confidant they will be fair. Philip has worked with me several times and has demonstrated both professionalism and kindness on those occasions. Highly Recommend!

When I find a business that performs the way this one did, I keep them as my "GO TO" people. These guys are great! I have End Stage COPD and am on oxygen 24/7, and my environment must stay cool and comfortable, or I'm in trouble!! A technician was at my door within an hour of my call. My house was cooling down within 20 minutes!!
What more could I ask for?

Amazing service. Fixed my ac/heater very quickly. He explained what was wrong with the system, and what he did to fix it. VERY reasonable prices. 100% recommend. We will be using Dugger Brothers for all our hvac needs.

Best in town! Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent customer service. I went to all the heating and AC businesses in town trying to find a part and I had the best experience at Dugger Brothers. Plus they were able to get me the part I needed the same day, and they were helpful with the installation process when the part varried from the original. The price for the part was also competitive. I will be using Dugger Brothers for future heating and cooling issues whether it be for parts or services.

We had two different experiences due to needing someone to come out and see what the problem was and then getting a specific part later. We had Michael for the first visit on Friday and Wade today. Both of them were wonderful and very nice. They both called to let us know their ETA and were able to fit us in quickly. Michael was very efficient in finding the problem and Wade went above and beyond to fix it. I really appreciate when people come into your home and you can tell they not only did a great job but made you feel comfortable while they were there. They also each brought a second with them and they were both very nice as well. The pricing was reasonable and it was less than other companies in the area. Overall, great experience and recommend them!

Thank you so much for the amazing service you provided to my home over the Labor Day weekend. The service was top notch, professional and extremely fair in cost. I very much appreciate all of the hard work especially over a weekend! Michael was extremely helpful, professional, kept me updated on the status of the repair and the cost involved. I have used Dugger Bros ever since my home was built 42 years ago. They never fail to please me and go above and beyond expectations. I trust them completely to be fair and honest and reasonable.

Always a pleasure working with Dugger Brothers. There were here today for contact maintenance, Christian was prompt and on time, called in advance. He was professional and courteous, super knowledgeable and probably knows more about our house than we do. Highly recommend Dugger!

Dugger Brothers is extremely customer friendly and very helpful. It didn't take long to have someone sent to my house. Once there, a thorough investigation was made to find the problem(s).
After the fix, thorough testing was done to ensure all would be fine.
Friendly and professional with a job well done!

I wrote this initial review 7 years ago and I’m happy to say I’m still a very happy customer!! Dugger Brothers services my system twice a year. The fact that they are willing to drive so far is a testament to the level of service they provide once you are a customer. They could let me know I’m not in their service area and I’d understand. Like clockwork they contact me to schedule by bi annual service. All the technicians are the most friendly and my dogs love them!!

After 7 years I still give a 5 star rating!!

I am a totally satisfied customer! It was time for a new unit and to be honest I was dreading dealing with any company. I was talking to a coworker who told me about Dugger Bros. From the time the initial technician came to my house, ,to working with the office staff, to the guys that did the installation I was totally satisfied!! I have been telling everyone how professional everyone was and how Dugger Bros took real good care to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you for everything!!

I had called 2 other places before these guys and those companies never called back or said they would and never did. When I called Dugger Bros, they answered promptly, professionally, and shockingly was willing to send someone within the same day!! Christian was my tech. He was very friendly, walked me through what he was doing and even taught me a few things! He helped teach me about at home maintenance I can do to help, whereas other companies didn’t want to teach simple maintenance because the wanted to be the ones to come back to do it so they could have returning income to them. Christian was absolutely amazing!!!! Prices were very very reasonable! They cleaned my system, added refrigerant and taught me how to clean it myself. I HIGHLY recommend Dugger Bros and Christian! THANK YOU!!

We have been using Dugger Brothers for several year now and they have done an awesome job. We get the yearly maintenance plan and they come out and check our A/C every spring and our heater in the fall. There has been several occasions where they could have sold us new parts or even pushed a new unit but they have been able to keep our unit running great. Certainly recommend these guys.

Back in December we needed to have our Heat and AC replaced and TBH we were shocked at the estimates from the 3 companies we called. Worse yet we weren't comfortable with any of the companies. Our neighbor and good friend suggested we call Dugger Brothers. Dugger Brothers came out and gave us our 4th estimate. They were very through, professional and personable. They were the second highest price but we felt they offered the best equipment/quality of service. So we hired them. The guys arrived on time and did a superior job. The install was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a very long day but the crews (yes they called in a second crew to help with the complicated job) were full of great hardworking men so we rewarded them with some pizza and drinks. We highly recommend Dugger Brothers for your heat and ac needs.

I noticed at 4:30 pm on last Saturday that one of our three office A/C system units, with two in the attic, started leaking down through our drop ceiling, so I called the emergency number and Michael with Dugger called me back within 15 minutes.
He recommended that we turn all units off, which I did, and he would come to the office Sunday morning at 8:30 am to check it out.
We met Sunday and a strap holding the drip pan has broken so Michael repaired that strap, but while he was putting it all back together and inspecting the unit, he noticed that the unit's internal drip/drain connection to the drip pan (my terminology not his) had also broken internally.
We have and have had the maintenance plan with Dugger and the next work day Michael and his crew came and repaired the unit's internal drip/drain connection, and that unit was back up and running, at no cost to us.
Five Stars as usual with Dugger Brothers.
Thanks again to Laura, Rob and Michael for returning my Saturday afternoon call, their Sunday morning on site inspection and then their repair, all covered by their maintenance plan.

Dugger Brothers did a great job! Both Wade and Tray went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable they're guys where fantastic. Wade found a leak that had been there for yrs gaping 12"hole in the side of the plenum he fixed that no problem also sealed off the return under the unit there was exposed slab and dirt before great guys Tray and his guys were in the attic found drain issue they resolved gave me a secondary drain to keep from ever having water damage again. All together was a great experience to what I expected to be a nightmare the guys and they're crew where awesome and did a great job they sent they're tech out a couple days later Christian, he was in and out in no time and verified proper working order of the system. 10 out of 10 Great Job! BURRRRRRRRR!!!!!

After calling 3 ac people out to look at our issue with the ac...I was beyond frustrated and just over it. The last person to come out was Rob. He was very professional! And saved us a LOT OF MONEY!!! He even offered a short solution till his crew was able to come out and replace the ac. Even the crew that came out, was very professional and very nice. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much Rob and the Dugger crew for your professionalism and your quick response.

Rob at Dugger Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning is the best guy in the business. He has answered so many of my needs for my HVAC requirements over the years. This time is no exception to that rule. He doesn't even need to look things up on the computer, he knows it already. He is super friendly and informative so that you can make the best decisions for your family's needs.
