Fast , Professional ,and amazing is how I can describe our technician Jose. We were having issues with our AC I called Crisp . They sent out their technician ,Jose in a timely manner. He was very professional and knew exactly what the issue was and repaired it immediately. Definitely recommend Ask for Jose.

These guys were awesome, we lost power at our house in Dallas last Tuesday so I took our 5 dogs down to our place in Meridian Thursday only to have the AC free up on Friday evening. I called these guys Saturday morning and Benjamin came out Saturday evening and made all of the repairs to get it running. It was a life saver as we did not get power back at our house in Dallas until Sunday evening. Very professional folks that I would highly recommend.

Crisp Climate Control is great all I can say. Called them up explained the problem. I would say after a call back Sammy ,there technician, was here within an hour. Talked for a few minutes. He went about doing his checks of the system. Found the problem. Explained it and fixed all within an hour. Its nice to be ready for the Texas heat. Thank u all. Highly recommend.

Our a/c went out over the weekend. We were told by another company that we needed to replace the coil. We wanted to get other bids. Cody wanted to come out and check the problem before quoting a price. Thankfully he did because it was a different issue altogether. They thoroughly investigated the issues and provided a fair quote for repairs. They worked around my schedule and got the repairs done quickly. Crisp Climate Control is our a/c service and repair company moving forward.

It was mid afternoon when i called about our a/c going out. Cody, (the boss) came after business hours to ensure we had air. Great people, great service. This was the second time they have serviced our a/c and both times was done quickly. Charges are very fair. We are very happy.

I have been using Crisp Climate control for many years now. They are a great company. Any tike I have called with an emergency, they have taken care of me the same day, other companies would tell me it would be several days before they could come out. One time I called on a holiday weekend and Cody, the owner, postponed leaving for his family trip to come fix my AC because he didn't want to leave me and my children with out AC over the long holiday weekend. Their customers are top priority for them. They are THE best AC company around! Their staff is very professional,polite, and trustful. Recommend every time.

My experience with Crisp Climate was nothing short of excellent 5⭐️+ From the first call to coming out and fixing my AC. I called at the end of the day to see if they could come out and service our AC unit because it just didn’t seem like it was keeping the temperature consistent and it was starting to make some weird sounds. They set up an appointment immediately for the next day and even let me know when they were on their way. They showed up, explained exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. The repairman arrived in the time frame promised. He assessed the situation and made the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. Then he took the time to explain what the problem had been and what fix he made. Dugger is now my "top of the list" Heating/AC company to call when I have a problem.

We at the Barnards Mill and Art Museum in Glen Rose are completely satisfied with their service. We previously called about a unit that others had told us needed to be replaced to the turn of 6,000.00 plus. Rob came out checked it over and said all we needed was a Thermostat Wire replaced. That saved us over 6,000.00. We have called twice for AC units not working properly this summer. They are out immediately. Professional, honest and above board. We are now putting them on a service contract for our five (5) units. Thanks again for your prompt attention to our Museum.

I am an HVAC/R contractor in Fulton, Missouri with a sister living in Glen Rose, Tx. She had a few problems with her heat pump and I walked her through checking the system out after she had replaced the thermostat (of course) and a couple other things. After having her check a few things, I told her that she must have a refrigerant issue and had a pressure switch out (possibly). She called Dugger Brothers, who she has a service agreement with (which I had told her to purchase as was VERY fair priced with great perks). They came out in a very timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was indeed a pressure problem, there was a wire which had shorted to a refrigerant line and blew a hole in it. The tech priced the repair, which also was very fair, even though it was a fairly intensive job, and was very professional.
I realize that as a contractor, you don't always hear the best things, and as a consumer you don't always know what you are dealing with when it comes to a company, This is a company that I have NO affiliation with, and only know from the work they have done for my sister, but I can honestly say that they seem to be a very professional, upfront and honest company that is worth having take care of your home. Call them and give them a shot, I don't believe you will be disappointed.

We used Dugger Bros. for the first time after having another company for several years... DB gave us a bid for repairs that was half the cost of our normal company. Stephanie Simmons was very helpful in the process. Will absolutley use them again and again. Great company, A+++!!!!
