I have to say that out of about 6 companies to give us an estimate for a new HVAC, Camillo came out and measured, was professional, was very knowledgable....and didn't try to up sell us to a system that we do not need for the size of our home. They also had by far the best prices by a lot. We still haven't bought a new system, Brooke in the office was outstanding and got the warranty coverage. She was so patient. It was hard to wait in the heat, but Kyle found the fan out and was really professional. Colt and Wade put the new fan in and hung a vent that should've been hung up by the builder. After finally getting the part from Goodman (NEVER BUY that brand), they got us up and running and it covered. I cannot say enough after being ripped off by several other companies so much so that we nearly don't trust anyone in heating and air....but I must say that Dugger Brothers Heating in Air has the most honest guys, the most honest owner, the best office staff, the best prices and they won't sell you what you don't need to make a buck. Thank you Dugger Brothers! When the time comes we will hire them again, every time.

This is anreally great company. They came out to give me a quote for a minisplit and helped with a current issue. They also came out and installed a new a/c for my parents. I think they are an honest company that does great work. Everyone we have interacted with has been professional and honest. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

With the freeze coming I called all of the surrounding HVAC companies, and not only did they have a technician at my door in 20 minutes- their diagnostic was $50 cheaper than the other quotes. Phillip was quick, accurate, and got my furnace up n' running. I know who to call next time!

I needed a complete HVAC system replacement so I got several quotes before ultimately going with Dugger Brothers. The entire process from the office staff setting up the initial proposal appointment to the installation was handled in a timely and professional manner. The salesperson that provided the quote was very knowledgeable and also respectful to our home by agreeing to put shoe protectors on when asked. The installers were also prompt and courteous. I have a closet unit and noticed that with the existing threshold the Aprilaire filter couldn't be removed without bending and possibly damaging the filter. I discussed this problem with the technicians and we came up with a solution that would allow easy access and removal of the filter. I felt they were willing to do whatever they needed to make us satisfied customers. They did a great job and we're very pleased with our new Carrier unit.

We called Dugger Bros when we couldn't get in touch with our usual HVAC company. I explained to the receptionist what our problem was as we'd already had the other company out to recharge the refrigerant and knew our system likely had a leak. They gave us a 4 hour window for the same day and told us that Kyle would be coming out to take a look. That's where our positive experience with Dugger Bros ended. Instead, another gentleman named Brian showed up and basically told us what we already knew and that he wasn't able to do any repairs as he WASN'T a service tech (???). Why they wouldn't send someone who could actually work on our system, I don't know. His inspection consisted of checking the most basic things like blower fan and filter (which we'd already checked) and his diagnosis was a leak that would require an ENTIRELY new system, which he was eager to sell us and would have set us back several thousand dollars. He didn't even have the equipment to detect the leak, so the cost of the service call (which didn't help us in any way) seemed exorbitant, especially without a veteran's discount like many other companies offer. We appreciated the relatively quick response time and polite service, unfortunately it resolved nothing and left us sweating in the middle of a Texas summer heatwave. In the end, our usual HVAC company was able to fix the issue for a very small fraction of the cost of a new system.

These guys are awesome. I called and they were at our location within the hour. They were able to pinpoint our problem within 15 minutes and had our system working again within that time frame. There fee was very affordable and made sure I understood what caused the issue and how they fixed it so that it would not be reoccurring. Its worth giving them a try, we are glad we did at Urgent Care TX.

I LOVE my new AC system from Dugger Brothers!!! If you are needing any sort of HVAC service or replacement, this is absolutely the best and most trustworthy company to do business with. I recently replaced both of my AC units and was absolutely impressed at the price and professionalism of Dugger Brothers.

My old system was having to be repaired each year and I was spending big $$$ on expensive electric bills each month because I had an old, inefficient system. The new system is much more efficient and my bills are less than 1/2 of what they used to be. And it is soooo much more comfortable and nice in the house.

The team of guys from Dugger arrived first thing in the morning and had both units replaced and blowing ice cold air by the afternoon. Very professional, fast, and cleaned up all the mess. Wish I could give these guys more stars. Absolutely the best and they've done systems for 2 of my very good friends as well.

My ac went out on a Saturday night, I immediately bought window units at Walmart which barely made a difference. Seeing as I work 7 days per week I had to schedule time in advance to have my ac fixed. I called Duggar bros because of the praise I’ve heard from everyone about their honest service.

They sent Michael out, and he was right on time, and WITHIN TWO MINUTES he had fixed my ac! Just a little over a minute he diagnosed it, replaced the part, and had my house cooling down!! I can’t even make that up! And to top it off he got on the phone with trane and verified that I had the extended warranty on my unit so the parts were covered!!! All I paid was diagnostics and labor which was cheaper than the useless tiny window unit I bought for my bedroom!

All the raves I heard were true, this is the best company to use!

If I was to key in A/C repair on my fancy phone, wink wink, I would get a long list of companies. Now having said that, the hard part would be choosing one of them. We as consumers have a tough time trusting most companies when it comes to expensive repairs. The number one question on our minds is, are they telling me the truth? I used Dugger Brothers for the first time last year. I called them that afternoon, first thing the next morning I had a technician knocking on my door. He did his inspection, of the unit,turns out I was low on Freon. He explained how low I was by showing me on his gauges.The technician made sure before he left all was running smooth and cooling just fine. Honestly I didn't use it much during the summer months since I'm a wimp when it comes to cold. I started to use it again this year during our first few days of hot weather, turns out it wasn't cooling at all. I called them to explain my situation and they were very kind in sending out a technician right away at no cost, for a leak inspection. I had called another company prior to calling them first. The first company wanted to charge me $1000 just to check for a leak, plus repairs. Dugger Brothers did it for free since they worked on it last. Once we determined where the leak was and what my choices were, I decided to go with a new unit, which I got, at an amazing price installed with a 10 year warranty . I had it installed by the next day. The 3 technicians that were sent in the 2 days that it took to have it all finalized each one was very polite and very professional. I highly recommend them to any future costumer. They stand behind their work.

Christian was very good. He installed a thermastat and even helped me to hook it up to my wifi. Very very nice guy.

Dugger Brothers sent Christian to us for a heating issue. He was very good, knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the situation. Much better than the moron that the warranty company sent out a couple of days ago. Highly recommended!!

My A/C was going out and they came and inspected the current system, made some suggestions because our home would never get completely cold in the summer and they gave us a good deal on the new system. I have never had my home so comfortable in mid August

I have been using Dugger AC for about 4 years for maintenance of my unit, recently the 25 year old unit died called Dugger and got the usual polite professional response within 24 hours they installed a new unit at a fair price, there technicians did a quick, clean professional installation. Thank you it is a pleasure dealing with a company like Dugger!

Dugger Brothers from salesman to technicians are terrific. They took time to explain options for tonnage and seer ratings. The installation was great even with a too small doorway for the new unit. All was accomplished with team work. I appreciate all the staff at Dugger Brothers very much. Thank you for all you did for me.

I purchased a new Carrier unit from Dugger Brothers that required new plenum, return and duct work. The office staff and quoting personnel met me at the house on time and were very professional. The Technician's showed up on time, installed the unit and performed the installation on time. They were neat, picked up the dirt and trash as the went. Trained us on the new thermostat (WiFi enabled). The quote was very reasonable and they extended the warranty when I signed an agreement for them to perform the yearly checks! Dugger Brothers was/is very easy to work with and professional. I highly recommend Dugger Brothers for you Heating and A/C installation and service.

Dugger Brothers have always done a great job for me after my original company went out of business. I'm just sorry that I haven't been with them all along. They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and very affordable. I highly recommend them.

Had to replace our 15 year old system. Got a very reasonable estimate on a new Carrier Heat Pump and two days later they were there to install the new system. The installation crew was very professional and did a great job. I have used Dugger Brothers for years and will definitely continue to do so.

These folks have their ducts in a row!! We had the best experience from Rob the estimator to Wade's crew. My daughter used them and was so happy with them, she referred them on to us. We had a 4ton 16seer which is obviously what this house needed. It feels so great to hear it softly cycle on and off, 10x less than our old unit. Forget the impersonal, corporate shenanigans; I truly recommend this family owned and operated company!!

I just had an 18 year old Trane system removed, that was going out.We hired Dugger Bros Heat and Air to replace it with a Carrier system. These two men worked very hard in this Heat to remove the whole system and install the Carrier, inside and out.
They both went above and beyond, cleaning up after their work was done. I can't even tell they've been here, other than having a much quieter, better working unit. I asked for a call before they came and they did that, for which I'm thankful. I have 3 German shepherds i have to put up before anyone pulls in the driveway. I am bad with names, but the install was on August 30th 2023.
I will make sure to let others know how much I appreciate Dugger Bros and the men who work for them. Very polite and professional in their job.
