My unit in Cleburne Tx. went on a weekend. Crisp came right out and had the parts to get replace the unit,. We got several quotes on a new system and Crisp Climate Control was by far the best quote and provided a better-quality unit than the others quoted. The did the install in record time and it has been trouble-free. Very pleased with the work performed. Thanks to a neighbor recommendation we called Crisp Climate Control because our AC stopped working over the weekend and after being quoted over 3k...Crisp Climate Control came today and fixed the problem for $620. They were very detailed and deligent on the assessment and found the real problem before jumping to expensive and unnecessary solutions.

My compressor quit working in the middle of the night on Saturday night. I called Crisp Climate Control on Monday morning. I told them I had a luncheon to go to in Fort Worth and wouldn't be home until after 3. They told me no problem and sent Tyler who arrived at 3:30. Tyler found a bad contactor and a bad starting capacitor. He replaced them both, but the compressor still wouldn't come on. Because the contactor was stuck in the on position, it had overheated the compressor. He took a water hose and cooled it down. Then it worked perfectly! Tyler did a great job and if I ever have any more AC issues, I will definitely call Crisp Climate Control and specifically as for Tyler! Great job!!

A/C wasn’t cooling down Saturday night and they were able to send someone out that night. Jose showed up and was polite and professional. We were severely low on refrigerant. He recommended that we convert from R22 to 407c which ended up saving us about $800. Had us nice and cool within an hour.

My Ac drain line clogged and caused some issues. I called late on Sunday night when I found water dripping into my dining room from my ceiling and they showed up first thing the following morning. Great pricing and friendly! Amazing Customer service! Highly recommend!

Anytime you have air conditioning problems in the state of Texas, it is stressful- not only about dealing with the unbearable heat but also the cost of repairs can be astronomical. This past summer, my a/c just kept constantly running without ever shutting off and the temperature in the house ever-so-slightly kept getting warmer. I called Crisp Climate and was thoroughly expecting to be told that they could help me, but that it would be a few days before they could get to me. That was not the case at all. They came out that same afternoon, provided a temporary fix (due to needing a part that had to be picked up) to keep us comfortable and then came out the very next morning to finish the repair, correctly. All in all they spent about 6 total hours fixing our unit and made us feel like we were their #1 priority the whole time. When I received the bill, it was 1/3 the cost that I was fully anticipating it to be. I have shared my experience-and their phone number- with anyone that will listen and know exactly who I will be calling for any future HVAC needs or repairs.
