Reviews of local pros in Cleburne, Texas

Very understanding of my situation. Response was very positive and fast. Will definitely be using again.

They did my LED up-lights on my house and they are great! No more changing light bulbs!!!! And they are the best looking ones on the block! Thanks Jeremy & Darrell!

Workers were EXTREMELY polite, skilled and efficient. My wife and I were VERY satisfied.

I would recommend Dugger Electric to everyone! We had a big electrical job at our house and they did a great job for a decent price in a timely manner.

A man named Jeremy from Dugger Electric came to my house to give me a bid on Tuesday March 10th. On Monday March 16th I sent him an email asking if my bid was complete so I could move on with other projects. I have not received a reply. Yesterday I called their office, no one answered but I left a voice mail. I have yet to get a bid from Jeremy, an answer to my email or a return phone call. I have worked in jobs where I was required to give bids for work and I was never allowed a week or more to give a bid and I have always returned emails and phone calls. I don't know what I did to offend these people, but I feel like I have been written off and disregarded. You can't tell by looking at me how much money I have in the bank, but I could have paid for anything they threw at me. If you choose to get a bid from Dugger Electric, make sure you have another company standing by.

I am proud to be a Dugger Electric customer! They have helped me with numerous projects. Thank you for all of your courteous, skilled staff. I appreciate your services!

What a pleasure to speak to a real person instead of some answer machine which doesn't provide necessary info and doesn't return messages. Work was done quickly and efficiently. If in need I'll not hesitate to request their services again.

Quite a bit of exterior electrical work to be done. Two men showed up at 8:00, worked thru a short lunch and were completed on time, on budget and we received more than expected! Great attitude and work ethic shown by the men. I've just called them to come back and do some more work for us!

Thay came at the right moment and started the job right then! In favor of their work we gave them water and treats being it was such a hot day and they worked so hard to get the job done quickly. All went as planned and the worked was completed ahead of my schedule. I will reccomend them to others!!

Y’all my daddy was an electrician so I am very particular. I was so pleased with the customer service and personable experience. Everything was perfect, even getting in my attic in this Texas summer heat! I so appreciate them!

The men who came to my house were very professional and polite. I got everything I wanted done in a very timely manner. I will absolutely use in the future and highly recommend Dugger Electric.

Randall and Marty were awesome, thanks for taking care of us Dugger Electric.

I can't express enough how wonderful Dugger Electric is. My breaker box was bad during the ice storm. I called and and they came out replaced my breaker box. Now I have heat!!. Thank you Jeremy and Randall! y'alll are angels!!

We had a problem on a Sunday. They came out quickly, solved the problem, and helped me work with Oncor to fix another problem.

Great service all around.

I used them today and Martin B, Martin C did an outstanding job. There was another guy, but I didn't get his name. The job was well-planned and they were ready for any issues that cropped up. Good people and good work hard to ask for me.

Dugger Electric is the best!! The two men who arrived at my home were extremely courteous and professional. I am considered elderly, so there's a lot I can't do around the house anymore. They took care of everything.... from changing light bulbs to installing a new smoke alarm system. Thank you Dugger Electric! I'll continue to call you!

Robert was a huge help today. We had power issues due to the hail storm, and he addressed them quickly. So thankful for this company!

Quick and friendly service! We called in the middle of the night when our heater wasn’t turning on and they came out and replaced our breaker in no time. Would recommend!

I have used Dugger Electric many times over the past seven years and I have always been impressed. Everyone I have dealt with there is professional, very knowledgeable, quick and courteous. They clean up after themselves - in fact they always say that they like to leave the site better than when they got there. Their pricing is always affordable. On more than one occasion they have offered a better solution to problems was was cheaper. I never feel like I am being cheated or sold a bill of goods. I can not say enough good things about this organization.

I had a semi complicated issue with half my home not working. Randall and Jeremy both worked tiresly to find the problem and solve it. Both were beyond professional and very knowledgeable. In the end I was quoted a very good price for the service and in my opinion it was generous. Not only will I be using this company for all my electrical needs but will also be referring them to my family and friends from now on. A+++ service.

Hands down Best electricians around Johnson County Texas. They are prompt and arrive as scheduled or call to let me know if delayed. They are knowledgeable of any project/job I asked to have done and always kind, courteous and clean up after the job is complete. I would not trust anyone else to take care of my electrical needs.
