The two men who came to my house were very professional and courteous. They did the job in timely manner and explained what was going to be done before they started. Jose explained everything that was done after the work was finished. He was great and his assistant was too.

Josh who came and did the estimate was very thorough. He explained all that was going to be done in a understanding way. He listened to all of my concerns and answer all my questions. The estimate was very reasonable and got it within a day.

Great home town experience.

We've had Randall and his mates come over a couple of times to do some electrical work for us, replacing GFCI outlets and lots of bulbs that were hard to reach. They're friendly and very professional. We've also used them tons of times on our investment properties, and we've been thrilled with the service. We'll continue to use them as our go-to electricians.

I would just like to thank Dustin and Austin for coming out and doing a very thorough job. They were so nice, polite and professional. They immediately found the problems I was having here and were able to fix them. You could tell they knew what they were doing. Awesome job!!

I thought I was having electrical problems with my ceiling fan and called Dugger. They scheduled my appointment for a later date, but were able to work me in sooner. Which I really appreciated! They were very kind and efficient. I was just using the remote incorrectly. I will definitely use them again.

The techs showed up right on time and immediately got to work. They were very friendly, respectful, and most importantly very competent in their trade. Trevor and Sam did a great job from start to finish! Called ahead of time, arrived as scheduled, worked well together, pleasant, moved furniture as needed , cleaned up the debris, double checked that everything worked properly and verified that I was satisfied! We have electricity in our new home, so that is great, but what I wasn't expecting was the mess left behind. There was mud all over our walls and doors, and discarded supplies and PILES OF METAL SHAVINGS left in our floor. I understand the mud to some degree, we live in the country, mud happens, but I am really glad we inspected everything before we let our toddler run around in her home. 🙃
