I called Rick’s Plumbing after having plumbing work done by another company that offered absolutely no resolution. The house had backed up and was overflowing. Danny was sent to my house and had everything up and running in no time. Of course this is after the previous company (Atomic Plumbing) coming in and leaving me out of 600$ and still no function at all in my house and telling me it would cost thousands to fix. I can’t express how much I appreciate Danny’s honesty and hard work. Not to mention they charged me 2 times less than what I had paid the first time. My whole experience with Rick’s Plumbing was amazing. From the morning I picked up the phone and spoke to the receptionist ( btw you’re awesome)! To the minute Danny pulled up to my driveway. Thanks guys!

Ernie did a great job fixing my toilet problem and helped me diagnose a septic system problem. I have never been disappointed with Rick’s Plumbing service. Came out on a Saturday before Easter which was a great relief.because plumbing issues always happen on the weekends when family is visiting😂

I’ve had Ricks plumbing out to my place 2 times, once to replace 2 toilets and once to replace my hose spigots. Johnny and Randy were both awesome. Very professional and worked quickly. They answered all my questions clearly. Will be using them again for my outdoor kitchen and generator hookup. I have worked with lots of different plumbers in my past line of work, and these guys are some of the best.

Had a toilet overflow late Sunday evening & went to turn the old water supply valve off to the toilet. The valve fell apart & spewed water all over the bathroom. Had to shut off the main supply line to the house. Called Rick’s Plumbing and they scheduled me for that very morning. Ernie came out and replaced the bad valve and four other valves in the house that were the same age & in bad shape. He adjusted the toilet bowl float system and now everything works great. I sleep better at night with the new valves installed. Ernie was very professional & answered all of my questions. I will use them again when I have plumbing issues.

I've used Rick's Plumbing Services many times over the years and ALWAYS get excellent results. Today I had Cody stop in to show Martin and John what he had investigated for me previously (but I had not yet repaired/replaced). Even though Cody was on a different job, he made time to come by to ensure he explained what he saw as the issue so they didn't waste time trying to diagnose the problems. I am impressed by the professionalism, expertise and courtesy that has been shown by all, technicians and office personnel. If I need plumbing / repair services in the future, there is no doubt who I will call...Rick's Plumbing Services. Today, I thank Martin, John and Cody! Appreciate you guys!

Ernie recently came to my house to fix water pressure issues and was absolutely awesome. He was able to easily figure out the problem and quickly started fixing the faucets throughout the house. He had great customer service and attitude the entire time and understood my frustrations with the situation. I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing services.

I tried to separate my reviews because one applies to the service technician and the other to the office staff but it won’t let me make separate reviews.
So I should add my experience with the plumber technician was great, however my experience with office manager Shelby was not professional. I had many frustrations when I called and her handling of it was poor. She actually argued over the phone regarding my concerns/issues and didn’t make the effort to deescalate the situation.

I called Ricks for an appointment to have my drain unclogged and a new kitchen faucet replaced. Tye came out and first tried to fix my kitchen faucet so I could save some money, which was really nice. But then I decided to just install the new one. He asked several questions about the drain flow and explained what might be causing it to back up and how and what to use to avoid having this problem again. He answered all my questions. He was very polite, friendly and had good manners. I have been using Rick’s Plumbing for a few years and they never disappoint. Thanks Tye from Rick’s Plumbing.

This is the second time in a year that I found myself needing to fix a break in my residence service line, due to the yard shifting from the city's sewer line replacement. Both times I called Rick's Plumbing, because of the professionalism that I experienced the first time.

With this second service line break that had leaked over $800 dollars work of water into the ground in a single month - with no visible trace of the leak above ground - I found myself both in a crisis of dealing with a city's water company and present limited funds to invest on fixing the problem.

Rick's plumbers were able to understand my unique situation, were patient while I figured out the best way to troubleshoot the problem and decide what is physically and financially the best choice of action and, once ready, came in and did exactly what I needed to be done to resolve this problem in a very timely manner.

My wife's response: "What? They are done already? I thought they'd be here all day."

Every crisis is a stress! But with the right professionals, decisions become a bit easier.

I called at 4:15 pm on a Thursday, and Ernie was at my house before lunch the following day. Efficient, competent, and really great to work with. I'm happy to give them my business.

Ernie and Cooper were very knowledgeable, direct, and supportive throughout their mission. Ernie explained in great detail how things were to be fixed and accomplished. Cooper was a great hand also! Very respectful and professional.

I would most definitely recommend Rick’s Plumbing services to my family and friends! I also learned that this is a Christian based company, that understands the importance of including our Lord and Savior within an organization.

What a great company to work for!

Ernie and his crew came out the same day we called. He was professional, on time, and offered a solution to get us through the weekend. We had a major issue, but he was able to trouble shoot and provide a temporary solution. On Monday morning, he showed up on time and had all the supplies he needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. In addition, Ernie detected a secondary problem and took quick action. His attention to detail and the communication he provided was very much appreciated. Ernie also was more than fair and reasonable. I liked that his company has standard pricing options- not all of the "pay by the hour" nonsense. They asked for 1/2 payment up front, then 1/2 upon job completion. There were no secrets or surprises. We are more than grateful for Rick's Plumbing Services, specifically Ernie, and the attention to detail they provided. Thank you!!

It is a pleasure to write a review for Rick's Plumbing Service. We had sewage back up and it was nasty to say the least. I called them that morning and they were out by afternoon the same day. The people at Rick’s GET THE JOB DONE! Our latest person to come out was Martin and he was so knowledgeable and got to the bottom of our problem so fast! As do all their plumbers! Martin was honest and upfront about what needed to be done to not only fix the problem but prolong the life of the house and even increase its value!! I’ll never go to another plumber!!!!

We had a geyser broken pipe this morning. Pick a plumber, and where do you start. You ask and people answer. First was Rick's Plumbing. They were helpful from the phone call to the end of the project. Same day response and Randy was as thorough as well. Would highly recommend them as well as use them again. Thanks to the entire staff. Job well done.

No one likes pluming problems, but when you do, it is good to have Rick's to solve them. We had a shower that would not shut off. The handle was frozen in place. Rick's crew diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. They gave me a fair estimate, located a replacement valve, and completed the repairs the same day. The area was spotless when they left, not a speck of debris or dirt! They took great photos of the process, thus allowing me to file a successful homeowners insurance claim. Great honest professional service!

I have used Rick's Plbg for several years. Today they finished up a 3 day slab leak from water heater. Randy came Sat and Mon by himself and today he had a co-worker with him, also named Randy. They did a great job, always cleaned up, very transparent abt what they were doing and very nice, cordial and respectful! Worked hard - I really appreciate them and the other plumbers (Paul was wonderful and did great job on very big job we had done)! I would highly recommend Rick's Plbg for jobs big and small👍

6/25 I just used them again for a clogged kitchen sink. Cody arrived on time and did a great job! It is so nice to be able to rely on Rick's Plumbing.
2024 - They came quickly and replaced my leaking hot water heater within days. Excellent service! Well worth the cost to have the job done right.
