My second great experience with Rick's Plumbing company from Cleburne Texas. Employee Jason B and his son installed a gas line to our new gas stove and stove installed which required orifices to be changed out to propane. Very professional and exceptional quality work. Yes a bit pricey but everything is expensive these days especially if you have a business requiring crews on the road.

This was the second time we had Rick's Plumbing Services to our house. Ernie installed new shower implements and a sink faucet. He was very friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job! We will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!

Used Ricks plumbing several times last several years. Very happy with their service and technicians very polite and knowledgeable. Thankyou Ernie.

Jason and Chris came over to install a new bathroom for us last week and they did an amazing job. My favorite things about working with Rick's Plumbing:
- Serena (I think that's the receptionists name) was kind and helpful when we first called
- Jason and Chris came and looked at our house the day we called
- We received a fair estimate and offer in 2 days (when they said they would)
- They were out at our house the following Monday starting the project.
- They finished the project in 1 week and didn't ever seem to take a break except for lunch.
- The estimate they gave us was the exact amount we paid.

Great experience all around from a wonderful Christian company.

Very professional outfit, have heard good things about this company, "had" a leak, diagnosed and repaired. I hope not to have any repairs soon but I will for sure contact and recommend them for service in the future, thank you Paul, GOD bless.

We were blessed to have Cody come out today to reset our toilet. He did an excellent and efficient job. Every experience we have had with Rick's Plumbing over the last few years has been very good they provide not only quality services at a reasonable price, but their employees are timely, very competent, and courteous while providing these services. I was visiting my Mom in Texas when a hot water line broke under the slab floor. The service we received during this 4 day ice storm was beyond top notch. The staff kept communications with us during the whole process. The plumbers were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They were prompt, trustworthy, ethical and they kept the site clean. I can't express how well they treated us. I live in Washington, MO and wish I had a plumbing service this good to call in an emergency. Thank you Martin for taking such good care of us and braving the ice to help us! You are truly amazing.

Ernie was quick to arrive, diagnose, and repair a leaking pipe at my house. Every employee I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. The price was reasonable too. I only call Rick's when I need plumbing work!

I highly recommend Rick's Plumbing. I had a pipe leak in a wall and they arrived within one hour of my call. Cody and Caleb worked quickly and professionally and had the leak repaired in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Rick's again when I need a plumber and will request Cody and Caleb.

I feel like if all service was like what I got the world would be a happier place. We received a message stating when the techs would be on site. They were on time and extremely efficient. Shout out to Robert and Joey. The office staff was on their A game as well. I am considering damaging some of my old plumbing just to get Mr. Bills to do it right! I will only use them going forward. Mr Bills was able to fix my plumbing emergency fast. The technician was very knowledgeable, on time and courteous. I am very pleased with Mr Bills and will call on them again when needed.

I had to make a call to them on Friday and a plumber was sent the same day to diagnose the problem.
Jason Hughes, and Dylan Lamb were extremely friendly, and gave 125% in getting my issue resolved.
Excellent service, friendly, and polite employees.
Although no one wants. to have to call a plumber, Mr. Bill’s will always be my go to, and recommendation to others.

Dylan did a great job! I have hot water again. They were careful to not make a mess on my carpet. Cleaned up and hauled everything away. Of the 4 plumbers I called they were the least expensive.

First of all, we called around and Mr Bill's were the only ones that were able to accommodate us. Not only did they come out today, but where then a very short time. After setting up an appointment someone was already headed to our residence.
Dylan was outstanding!! He went above and beyond to resolve our clog issues. He was also able to point out everything else that needs some tlc in the future. We will definitely be using them again!!!
