I'm happy to recommend Curly's Plumbing for outstanding service. They came back out after a failed repair, due to a deficient materials recall and no fault of their own, and repaired my problem for the original charge. Something that technically they didn't have to do. To me that shows good character and honesty....

Absolutely my go to for all my plumbing issues. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for and they are top notch! Great work, great communication and the cleanliness of the job was impeccable.

I've called these guys out several times. Sometimes the work is good. They guys have been nice, however, I've called them out 3 different times over a same issue with a bathroom sink leak. First time they said it needed a new faucet, i ran out and bought new faucet and it was installed. Later, the sink leaked again. They said "Big Box stores are notorious for defective products." I replaced that faucet, again it stilled leaked. After 3rd visit, repairman said it wasn't the faucet, it was the seal around the sink. I talked with Terry, the owner, who could care less that I spent several hundred dollars ($350-$500) on each visit they've made for the same including the recurring issue of this sink and still chose to charge me!

This is the worse and most unprofessional company I have ever witnessed. We hired them tho redo entire plumbing under our house and almost $6,000.00 and 6 visits later we have had more plumbing issues with the new plumbing than we did with the 30 year old pipes. And to top it off the owner gave his word he would make it good...in which he did not. In the end cost us another $225.00 and I am not confident at all in the end that my problems are fixed. Even if it is gonna cost twice the amount I would advise using someone else. We have never had good quality work from this company. The only reason they are even getting one star is because that the only way to post.

Curly's has always been very responsive and professional when addressing the myriad plumbing needs at my Primrose schools.

We hired this company to fix a pipe in our front yard. After digging a trench that spanned the entire front yard, they failed to show up multiple days in a row and would not communicate well. They cut one of our sprinklers and the electrical line to our outdoor lamp post, and they did not fix it. To top it off, they ended up charging more than what they originally quoted. They did fix the pipe, but we would not recommend their service.

Had a very unfortunate mishap with building a new house, called Curly’s and they didn’t hesitate to get get busy. Appreciate these guys.

They are great and get the job done right. They are at your home on time or they call to let you know they are running behind. I have used them for all kinds of work and they have be greart.

Dishonest, corrupt, takes advantage of elderly. Charges $600 to take hair out of a drain. Said they replaced the insides of two toilets and fixtures. They did not!! My elderly mom paid for all this and when I checked it out, the work hadn't been done. They will not return phone calls. Filing a complaint with the BBB. Beware. The 5 star ratings must be fake. If Curley is reading this, call me. Do the work you said you did and I will delete this TRUE and HONEST review!! You have my number.

Curly's is outstanding! I've used them for the past 15 years and they are always quick to respond, professional, thorough and have always solved the problem at hand. I've never had to call them out a second time for an issue. Everyone I've dealt with has always been friendly and professional.

I called Curly’s at 9am and they were here by 3pm on the same day. I had them replace 2 old and leaking shower water valves. They were very professional and completed the job within an hour which also included a trip to Home Depot to locate the new valves. The price was fair and what I expected. I will absolutely call Curly’s again for any plumbing requirements.

Charged over $100 more than quoted, left my toilet not put back together, and I’m also missing pieces for the toilet that I had before the call. Horrible and unprofessional

This is the only plumber in Johnson County that knows anything about hybrid water heaters. Everyone else will just give you the runaround. We had a great experience with the install of ours. No stress.

My family and I were visiting the local Lowe’s when we crossed paths with the owner and one of his employees. My toddlers and I adored the truck he drove that day and this is how we got to talking. I had no clue who this kind man was nor what his position was and he went on to say that his grand babies were on every truck he owned. Proud papa and amazing man! We continued chatting when an elderly woman asked for help and off these men were to help her with her purchase and not a single employee came to help but these men, they didn’t hesitate one bit. I personally have never had the opportunity to use this company but I work with a company similar and they out did most in the industry I’ve worked with. I highly recommend them if you want respect and to be cared for. Thank you for the kindness you shared and showing my little ladies what a gentleman is!!

This is a great local company. Our family has used them for multiple jobs over the years. Prompt service after calling them. Does a great job and is honest about costs and options on the repairs.

I called Curlys at 4:40 PM. By 5:20, Juan and Frank were at my house to looked at my clogged sewer lines. They were very professional and kept me informed on what was going on the entire time. Eventually, they ended up having to dig up my pipe in order to resolves the issue. They cleaned up their mess and got us fixed super fast! The price is highly competitive and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend you give them a call for your plumbing needs

This company is absolutely wonderful! I spoke to Terry and he had a member of his team come out the same day to unclog our main sewer line. Tyler was polite and professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail to us. He stated that there were two main problem spots and gave us several options and time frames for taking care of them. We decided the take care of the bigger of the two issues immediately. They came back out two days later and within three hours it was fixed for less than $900, which was thousands of dollars cheaper than the previous plumber quoted. This company is honest, reliable, affordable, and professional.

Frank came out and gave us an estimate on putting in a hot water circulating pump & new hot water heater. We had the job done and it went great. They came in and got right to work. They wore gloves while in my house. All went smoothly and he even fixed another small problem at no extra charge. We highly recommend Curly’s plumbing.

These guys were amazing. Very professional and very helpful. Come to find out when the house was leveled they did not hook our pipes back up and after a year we noticed problems along with a smell. These guys came in and work quickly and efficiently. They worked around us since we were quarantined for those 2 months but let my 6 year old chat away(she was having lonley spells not being able to go see anyone or anything). They did an amazing job and I highly recommend.

Almost out of the freeze and bam we had a leak. The water department turned our water off since it was so bad of course it happens at 6pm. I called several plumbers no one was able to come out until at least the next day. Called Curlys he had someone out withing 30 minutes and hour and a half later our leak was fixed and water back on. I can't thank them enough not only was it still freezing outside but also pretty late the guys were so very nice. Highly recommend this company. I finally found a forever plumbing company.
