I operate a large Senior Living community in Plano, Texas and a storm knocked out our Tankless heaters which caused our kitchen to have to shut down. Trent came out and worked extremely hard for us to get things back up and running. Through repairs and 2 new installs he has been the most professional, kind and reasonable person I have worked with!

Carly’s Plumbing was exceptional. They came out to Lake Whitney and installed a new washing machine, found and fixed the grey line, assisted with two septic systems. Very courteous and knowledgeable plus they didn’t overcharge us at all which we were fearful of since it’s an old home and we are retired. I highly recommend them and we definitely will be using them for all our future needs.

I've had to use Curlys Plumbing a few times for plumbing and back flow meters These guys always get the job done right and they don't try to wipe out your bank account.

While I was out of town David installed my water softener with the panel facing the wall only 6" away unable to see the display for programming. When I called the office to have them come out to reposition the unit they said that I would have to pay a service call fee of $135.00 plus parts. I believe his name was Terry argued with me for 10 minutes and threatened me if I were to post a negative review. I ended up purchasing $15.00 in parts and did it myself in about 20 min. I was charged $600.00 mostly labor for a job I had to fix. incredibly bad customer service.

Very disappointed and felt taken advantage of. Emailed scope of work to inspect, clean and repair the kitchen drain so my wife could use her washer. She's been having to go to the laundromat for over a year. The Plumber came and instead of fixing our problem, he had his crew replace the bathroom drain. The toilet drain wasn't the problem. We paid $4200 for a $1500 repair. Mistakes happen, but you have to do the right thing. Had they offered to charge me for the work I wanted in the first place; this review would be 5 stars. We wanted them to redo our bathroom in the future, but sadly we'll be giving our business to some other company. I'm not worth a partial refund. Oh and I will have to pay a landscaping company to replace the grass that was removed for the unnecessary work.

First time ever having a water leak so I was already very stressed out. I had another plumber come out first and it was not a good experience, the tech told me it was a pretty big leak and didn't really try to find it before leaving. Told me to call another company. The service tech that came out from Curly's walked me through the process and found the very small leak quickly, and made the repair. He was very respectful and kind. Explained things clearly, and by the time he was done, I was more than happy to pay for my invoice because I was so relieved to have it fixed. His helper worked hard as well. The office staff was amazing, and was able to get someone out very quickly, and showed empathy for the situation! Hope I don't have to, but if I ever have a plumbing issue again I will call this company back out, and will recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thank you Curly's!

Fantastic service! Knowledgeable, thorough and experienced. Marcos and Mino (I hope the spelling is correct) were absolutely a godsend. They repaired our slab leak with minimal mess, in a very timely manner and left things as clean as when they arrived. We would definitely call them again!
