Amazing plumbing company! Amberly bent over backwards trying to help me with a last- minute repair going into the weekend. At the end of the ordeal, the bill Layland charged me was NOT enough to compensate then for her time and effort. I couldn't be happier!

Lied about the estimate. Charged me for 8:00 start time. Showed up first day at 8:43, and 8:30 the second day. They left at 4:30 on the first day, but again charged me for working through to 5:00. Heck, they probably charged me for lunch!! In my book, what they did was steal from me.
I appreciate your response, but I made no mention about your service. As I said, I was appalled by the outright theft your company performed. I was computer programmer for 25 years and it was hammered into us that we ONLY charge when on the job site. By my calculations your company stole 3 - 4 hours of work that you simply were not at the jobsite. I would have loved to be able to charge companies when not on the jobsite. You know driving to the location, lunch, getting gas, etc.

    WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Amberly the owner is very rude and will hang up on you. I live in a double wide and had them snake from a clean out. After a hour and a half they told me I had a busted pipe and couldn’t fix it. Charged me $225 and told me not to use the toilets or water. And they left at 3:50 pm. So I’m at home for the 2nd day without plumbing. I WOULD NOT, repeat would not use this rude business. Oh and her excuse is we’ve been in business since 1904. Yeah stealing from people.

The plumbing problem they were called about has not been fixed so I can not leave a review for that. However, I can leave a review concerning what was done. The cabinet doors that lead under the sink have been sealed shut for many years with caulk and several coats of paint. In the 18 yrs I have lived here, I have painted the kitchen multiple times. The water to the kitchen faucet runs behind the sink. The only thing under the sink is the drain which had absolutely nothing to do with why the repairmen were called. Still, they felt it necessary to force open the cabinet doors. I was sitting just a few feet from them talking to my son and they never said a word about what they were doing. I do not understand why they would rip the cabinet doors open when they were obviously sealed shut with total disregard to the damage it caused. If they had told me they needed under the sink I could have used a blade to give them access which would have not made a mess and could have been easily repaired. They also could not be bothered by cleaning up the mess they made. They left a mess inside the sink as well. . The 1 star rating is for lack of respect to property, unprofessionalism, and failure to clean up after themselves and acknowledge the damage they caused. I also thought it strange that a plumber could not tell the difference between a kitchen faucet and a utility faucet.

Amberly Hadley, you will not find any records of me being your customer because I am a tenant and the work order would be under the homeowner's name. I can assure you this review is valid.

Cino and Easton were the best! They were efficient and very knowledgeable. They checked their work and even tightened another faucet for me. We have used Layland’s several times and have never been disappointed.

Layland Plumbing has been exceptional. I have been a customer for 9 years now and have always received outstanding service. Highly recommended.

No one likes to hear that they have a slab leak but my goodness, these guys worked quickly to identify, repair and kept us informed during the process. They are professionals that I would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this business. They do not guarantee their work after 30 days. They installed a toilet for me, which came loose from its moorings twice, rocking back and forth. They reluctantly came back the first time, since it was past the 30-day period, and agreed not to charge for resetting the toilet. Shortly thereafter, it came loose again. They were very unprofessional this time around, telling me on the phone that there wouldn't be a charge. However, I begin to get invoices over a period of several months. When I called, they said they'd check into it but never got back to me. Also, the wall paint was chipped during the initial installation and a towel disappeared from the vanity. When I inquired about the towel, they said they didn't have it. I assume they used it to clean up, then tossed it.

The crew was punctual and professional, but I wish their pricing had been more transparent. They charge for travel time to and from their office at the full labor rate of $150 per hour, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Even though they were only at my house for 35 minutes, I was billed for 1.5 hours, including an hour of travel time—despite their office being just 15 minutes away. In the end, I paid $225 just for an evaluation, only to be told they couldn’t help. If you’re considering their services, I’d recommend clarifying the billing details upfront.

Quick to respond and Quick for fixing my shower but invoice had a surprise on it..pretty sizable trip charge of $75 for 13 miles away and 30 minute repair time.

Needed a water heater installed in a HURRY! We share our campus with HeadStart. Obviously there's a need for hot water for food prep and sanitation. Layland understood the urgency in the assignment, so as soon as a crew became available, they sent them to our rescue. A very nice guy from the office even came over to assist to make sure. So grateful for friendly, affordable, and quick service!!

The two guys that came out were friendly and did a fine job. Our water heater was leaking pretty badly. They drained it and put in a new heater very quickly. They also put a flood sensor in the pan so hopefully no more issues with flooding.

Basically, I was having the biggest headache of my life and this wonderful business saved me and brought me peace of mind. Fair pricing, wonderful customer relations, great working relationship. Employees were on time and knowledgeable. Dan, the owner, is down to earth, will listen to you, and is honest about the work required. Big shout out to Lucy for checking on me through out the whole ordeal. So listen up! If you need an honest plumber, call Finn-tastic Dan! You won’t be sorry.

I can't recommend this company enough! We had a tricky leak this past week and at first it was a little stressful. DJ and his team made what have been a terrible situation into a stress free one for me. They communicated great with my husband &I and went up and beyond. Even though it took a few days to get the leak under control his guys worked so hard non stop.

We came home on a Friday evening to a water leak in the yard. They came out that night and had everything repaired promptly. Very professional, thorough, and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Great company. Was called this morning with a sink issue. Hour an a half after initial call Wes was at my home ready to complete the Task. Wes handled all parts of the job from diagnosis, to parts and labor. Just wanted everyone to know Finntastic did a wonderful job and I recommend them to anyone.

Replaced 50gal elec waterheater that I had for almost 30 yrs. Fantastic job installing, but installation was a little less than $3k plus waterheater. Seemed a bit high for 4 hrs of work. I have been very satisfied with work and prices done in the past.

The plumber that came out said we needed to replace
the faucet to repair the leak for $350.00 dollars. The
faucet was only a year old. Another plumber only replaced
a o'ring and tighten the line at no charge. They will be doing our other plumbing needs going forth. Don't take advantage of the elderly.

5⭐️ for sure! We appreciated how quickly you resolved our issues and how transparent your pricing structure is. The guys were great!
