I called this plumber first thing Monday November 1st, 2021 to get my toilet repaired because it was not filling up with water and to have a wall mounted sink installed since my mother is in a wheelchair. The plumber told me he would be here Monday afternoon between 3pm to 5pm. That afternoon around 530pm, I called him to make sure he was coming. He said he was running late and he could come later that evening. He came and he quoted $525 to do the job and we agreed and also that he will come Thursday, November 4th, 2021 between 10:00 am and 10:30 am. He never showed up nor did he have the courtesy to call me and let me know he was not coming. I waited from Monday to Thursday for this plumber without calling anyone else because I had already made an agreement and an appointment with his business. Now, I have to wait more until another plumber comes and my mother also has to wait to get a handicapped sink installed in our bathroom. I will not recommend this plumber at all.

I have had a gas leak from my kitchen island since I moved in late last year. After 6 months and half a dozen different service technicians in my home the leak was still there...

The last two companies in my home wanted to tear up my walls and floor to attempt to locate the completely guessed leak location. Home warranty denied such work and wanted almost $2000 to start the job.

Robert from McDade Mechanical saved me this hassle. He could prove the leak was not from the pipes but from the stove equipment itself. I find it somewhat scary that I almost spent $2K for different company to do pipe repair for a leak that didn’t exist there in the first place.

In the flower bed .Saw a couple of people online recommend this company so we called and Robert arrived within an hour which was great especially on a weekend -he found the problem quickly and installed a new emergency shut off with proper access and repaired the main water line that had broken -very happy with the service provided and for a very fair price.Will happily recommend and will be using again for our plumbing needs in the future.

After another company did not show, McDade came out at 7 and worked till 9 pm. to fix a leak where the water was hooked up to the service box and had broken at the pipe. The yard was muddy and a swampy mess. He was professional and on time and did the job at a fair price. He explained what he needed to do and he gave me a call letting me know how much it was going to cost. He was very friendly and willing to do what it took to get the job done.

Called for McDade mechanical for another opinion on repairing or replacing my tankless water heater. He analyzed and explained the problem in detail with options. Assisted in navigating the replacement of the water heater.
Went above and beyond as the heater was on exterior of my home and the weather was well below freezing. Would highly recommend.

Robert came out on a Saturday and was great. My system hasn’t been serviced in many years and he cleaned it out, ran a diagnostic and cleared the Code 10. Has a great rating on BBB as well.

I discovered late on a Saturday night that a leak had formed in my yard between the water meter and the house. My wife and I intended to see if we could fix it… so Sunday afternoon we got our shovels out and started looking for the leak. As it almost lost all water pressure to the house…
After uncovering the first few feet of pipe in front of the house, we still had absolutely no idea where it was leaking… when we left the water on, a large portion of the front yard got quite wet yet I still couldn’t see where the leak was… I knew it was between the meter and the house but that’s nearly 150’ .

We have had our home warranty send a plumber out to unstop our sewer system at least a half dozen ones this year. Not one FIXED the problem, they just unstopped it. It has been a nightmare. Robert McDade was very professional and friendly. He unstopped it, then he found the cause of the ongoing plumbing issues we were having and explained our options. He was able to fix the problems (so far, thank God). He saved us a lot of money. He worked tirelessly in the Texas heat (103) two days in a row. We have not had any problems since and every time I flush a toilet or do a load of laundry etc. I thank God and Robert. To top it off he followed up with us to make sure it was all working. I love this guy and would recommend him to anyone.

Robert the owner, came promptly when the storm knocked my tankless water heater out…The storm was excessive, unlike anything I’d seen in Cleburne before. Robert fixed my unit, and showed me what to do if it should ever do that again!
He then flushed out the unit.
He will be the Only one working on my Tankless water heater. He really knows his stuff!!!
