Had a leak in the wall Sunday morning. Called multiple different places and no one answered or had to leave a voice-mail since it being a Sunday. McDade Plumbing answered immediately and came out same day. They were very kind and honest with us. Very fair pricing. Will definitely be using if any other issues arise. Highly recommend!

There are no amount of stars or words to express the gratitude I have with this company. After recently moving into Cleburne from a surrounding area I had an issue that concerned me and knew I may need someone to come and asses. I came across McDade online; after I called a few other companies who were willing to assess with a fee.

Robert took the time to talk to me and gave some suggestions while remaining on the line; problem was solved and fortunately it was the issue and there was no fee.

As I continue to explore my new home, I know I will need to do some plumbing work...McDade is going to be the one I call!! Great customer service and such a relief to know there are still honest /reliable people out there. Thank you for your time Robert.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Robert was so helpful and humble. We had an exterior faucet bust and he came after 6 pm and even helped as much as he could over the phone until he was able to arrive. He and my husband worked together worked together to get under our house and fix the issue. We are so blessed to have met him and his work and prices were more than fair. We will continue to use Robert’s company and will be referring family, friends and our neighbors.

I recently had an urgent plumbing issue that required immediate attention, and I reached out to Robert at McDade Plumbing late at night. I was incredibly grateful when he promptly answered my call. From the start, Robert was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional.

He arrived quickly, assessed the situation, and immediately began working on the problem. What impressed me the most was his dedication to communication; he consistently provided updates, which was incredibly reassuring during such a stressful time.

The work was completed to a high standard, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Robert at McDade Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing assistance. His skill and outstanding customer service truly set him apart!

Had a water main needing repair and they got to it in no time. While here had a couple other valves that needed replacing. Very reasonable in price. Highly recommended.

Robert did a great job fixing our broken washer drain line which required jackhammering the foundation. He gave us two separate quotes, with one adding a descale and hydro jet of the rest of the existing cast iron pipes(which we chose to do), and he exceeded our expectations in every way, including price, even though after starting he discovered the concrete was twice as thick as the standard. He still finished on time and even sent pictures of before and after cleaning the pipes. Very happy and will definitely recommend and use them in the future!

3 hours - $2500.00 simple job. Not even a Neurosurgeon makes that kind of money. The man simply has no integrity. We did 10 hours of work and located the leak ourselves. We even talked to the original house contractor to tell him how the copper was looped to the next fixture. He just did a simple re-route. The job was worth $250.00

We thought we had a leak in our slab so we had McDade come out and do a diagnostic. Very reasonably priced, and seemed honest. We have been scammed in the past. This guy was straight to point and thorough.

Robert McDade is the best plumber we have ever used. He is professional, prompt, and always does what he says he will do. He is an excellent plumber and it was a pleasure having him at our house.

We had 1 plumber come out that looked under the house, never came inside, and quickly gave us an inflated quote, and left promptly with no short term solution for the leak we were experiencing.

Robert added us to his schedule and came to the rescue! He was able to troubleshoot & diagnose the problem in just a few minutes. He gave us good news that it was a hot water leak, so we were able to turn on the cold water to the house & be able to flush the toilet, etc. He fixed the emergency issue in about 20 minutes (even with having to dig & fight thorns under the house) and gave a quote for the long term project that was $1500 less than the 1st guy.

McDade Plumbing has earned my business for good!

This is an older family home that my sisters and I inherited from our parents. It had a mixture of PVC piping and old galvanized pipe that was slowly, but surely crumbling into problem after problem. Back in October of 2025, the whole month went by before the city notified us that a leak had been occurring. It was undetectable inside the house, but the leak was there and the water bill was expensive.

Other plumbers had been out to the house before and would spot patch...some which took hold and some that didn't. The repairs were costly. When I was lucky enough to have contacted Robert McDade, he came out and went over every inch of the house and then communicated all the issues...what was wrong and also what was wrong with some of the patch jobs. As he went about his business, you could just tell he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about.

Through the process many issue were fixed from the toilet being completely rebuilt and a kitchen faucet that was causing problems being replaced. The biggest project that we decided to do was the removal of ALL galvanized piping in the home. Robert worked very hard for 3 days replacing all the piping in the home with PEX pipe. He replaced an old permanently attached shower head with one that is now just "zen" to use. The piece of mind knowing that all the galvanized issues are gone is a huge relief. It's like the house has new arteries.

One final project that Robert worked with us on was that the drain from the bathroom sink was leaking inside the walls and causing some wood rot. When the wall was opened, there was also a small patch of black mold. Robert efficiently fixed the drain leak and had a remediation team come clean and sanitize the black mold out. We are having that wall replaced.

So, even though this wasn't like a routine service call, it was a HUGE project that Robert tackled with professionalism. He communicated what was going on every step of the way. Where has a plumber like this been all our lives? I don't want to call any other plumber other than Robert McDade from now on. I sincerely can't express enough how grateful we are on the work done and the stress that is now eliminated about the plumbing in the home. Thank you.

Our house in Cleburne, Texas started having trouble staying comfortable. I am bad about not changing the air filters, and it was sucking dirt onto the coils. Then the air conditioner started freezing up. That was when we called Crisp Climate Control. They made it out fast and cleaned the coils on the condenser and evap inside and out. They also noticed it was a little low on refrigeration and took care of that. They found the tiny refrigeration leak and took care of it in no time. I was amazed with the service and the low price. I will definitely be telling everyone I know in Cleburne who the best HVAC company is. Thank y'all! I am so thankful that we didn't need a new HVAC install! I'll see y'all next time on my air conditioning maintenance! I'll keep the AC air filters changed from now on!
