    Howdy, This is the second time I /we have used Sam's Tree Service. After the positive experience we had at our home we recommended Sam's to my parents. In my earlier review we had several bad experiences with other so called professional tree trimmers. My parents job was much larger and more complexed then the one at our house. I met Ricardo and his team who arrived on schedule and went over the scope of work, which included branches over power lines, fences and the house, tree removals and general tree trimming on a 5 acre property. On my follow up all I could do was smile. As with our house they did everything we asked them to do and so much more. The most amazing part was the bill was the same as the quote. In my world there is no better tree service company than Sam's. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

    Sam's Tree Service is outstanding! They arrived on time, were very professional, and all of the employees were very knowledgeable and highly skilled and clearly enjoyed their jobs. They were very positive, courteous, smiled, and seemed very glad to be providing tree and shrub service. They went the extra step to clean up when done pruning and maintaining trees and removing large shrubs. They even made sure the large shrub roots were cleaned out so that I can plant new shrubs. I have used Sam's Tree Service several times over the years, and each time I am most impressed with the quality of people and quality of work. And, their prices are very reasonable and fair.     The first time I called Sam about three years ago, he arrived the same day to provide a quote; I hired his crew then to remove a few dead trees and trim some others. His crew did an excellent job and his prices are reasonable. I have used Sam's services several more times throughout the past three years and they always show up as scheduled, they do exactly as I ask with the task and completely clean up the debris.     Amazing service. If all companies would do business like Sam does it would make life so much easier. He shows up when he says he will, his prices are very reasonable, and his crew is very professional and does great work. A few weeks ago I had 3 palm trees trimmed and a few other tree branches cut back and was extremely satisfied. My yard even looked better when they left and they are not even a lawn service. They are meticulous about cleaning up. Yesterday, I had a huge tree fall in my front yard. I called Sam immediately and the tree was gone by 10:30 am this morning. Definitely an A+ business!

    Great experience from start to finish. Good communication and did what they said. Also impressed with how clean they were. Raked and picked up any leftover debris. The yard looked better than before they showed up. Price was appropriate for the quality of work done. Some of the areas that needed trimming were in dangerous spots that could have caused property damage. Samuel's team was very careful and took their time to make sure no problems occurred. I was nervous but they were highly competent. Safety equipment, ropes, etc were all used appropriately. Very satisfied and will use in the future if needed again.
